邕江的清晨，透明、澄澈，初升的阳光与江水的纯粹交织出朦朦雾霭，南宁金科博翠天宸售楼处恰位于江边的绝佳景致中。

如勒·柯布西耶的萨伏伊别墅一般，售楼处由细长的柱子支撑，底层架空，融化在自然中。AOD设计延续了建筑的漂浮感，让人与自然、艺术开放相融。

Like le corbusier's villa savoy, the sales office is supported by slender pillars with a raised floor that melts into nature. AOD design continues the floating sense of architecture, making people integrate with nature and art.

光线如何照下来，又如何在空间中改变？整个空间向外敞开，形体在光之中达到诗意般和谐。

How does the light come down and change in space? The whole space is open to the outside, and the form achieves poetic harmony in the light.

“空”不是空荡荡，而是不断可以填充的内容，在与周围空间的作用中，获得一种存在感。

"Empty" is not empty, but constantly filling content, in the role of the surrounding space, to obtain a sense of existence.

在画廊般的氛围中，律动丝带既是艺术指引，又作为空间引导。以丝带为线索，空间动线穿引而过，随行走流线既完成空间转换。

In a gallery-like atmosphere, the ribbon serves as both an artistic guide and a spatial guide. With the ribbon as the clue, the space moving line is passed through, and the following flowing line completes the space transformation.

传递空间能量的不只有气氛还有色彩的温度。驼色构成的想象，来自苍茫沙漠或坚韧岩石，恬淡有味而不乏都市感。暖灰色系则成为平衡底色和金属色光的中间地带。

It is not only the atmosphere but also the temperature of color that transmits the spatial energy. The imagination formed by camel color comes from the vast desert or tough rocks. The warm gray system becomes the middle zone to balance the background color and the metallic color light.

太阳低于地平线时，天空柔和的光，来自大气层的折射和散射，这种朦胧的状态，恰是设计想表达的尊重与退让。

When the sun is below the horizon, the soft light in the sky comes from the refraction and scattering of the atmosphere.

自然素材与新型材料的结合，使空间的表情更加丰富，既有干净清爽的前卫感，也有忠于生活本真，纯粹自然、中性温暖的质地。

The combination of natural materials and new materials makes the expression of the space more rich, with both a clean and refreshing avant-garde sense and a pure natural, neutral and warm texture that is loyal to the true nature of life.

线条纵横交错构成丰富的空间表情，糅杂生活温度与未来感设计，在当下社会构筑一个让人体验愉悦与美的都市缓冲空间。
