JPMorgan Chase has consolidated five Dallas locations into one expansive technology headquarters campus with world-class amenities catered to their diverse and tech-centric demographic.
HKS has created a design for the new JPMorgan Chase Regional Headquarters that combines 5 locations in one expansive campus located in Plano, Texas.
JP Morgan Chase (JPMC) issued a proposal to developers to consolidate more than (5) leased locations in the Dallas metroplex into a single, Regional Operations and Technology headquarters that could expand or contract over the life of the lease. KDC, a national real estate development and investment company, chose HKS as their partner in responding to the proposal, securing the deal to build a phased campus for JPMC in the Legacy West development in Plano, Texas.
Highlights of the campus include a 65,000 square foot Conference Center including a Multi-Purpose room for 500 seats and a 40,000 square foot food and dining hall with a 24/7 market. The campus has a dedicated Innovation Center, Recruiting & HR Center, and a full service Wellness Center. Other amenities include on-campus operated child care, a BBQ shack and the “Ball Room” employee game room.
The campus was created as a hyper-connected series of spaces that promote a walkable and interactive environment. The mix of amenities and workspaces are catered toward a diverse, tech-centric demographic. Strategic placement of the amenities creates activity centers across the campus, while leveraging adjacent amenities to support a robust community. The polycentric approach creates a hierarchy of richly layered experiences that foster unity through diversity.
