Montauk is located at the very end of the famous Long Island Peninsula. The path to it lies through the magnificent Hamptons – the favorite vacation spot of all the wealthy New Yorkers, but in contrast, Montauk seems to be a calmer and much less glamorous resort. It was the simplicity and harmony of nature that the creators of theMarram hotelemphasized in their project. The facade of the hotel and the interiors are mainly decorated with light wood, while decor used linen, straw, wool and cotton. But this does not detract from the beauty of the rooms and does not make the hotel too modest. Here, everything works not for a ‘fashionable image’, but for the image of a place where you can recharge your batteries. On the veranda there is a platform for yoga and meditation, you can ride bicycles and, of course, take a walk along the beach. The rooms offer soothing views of the sand dunes and the boundless Atlantic – just what you need to forget about the bustle of the city!See also:Nature and calm tones in Barcelona home
