Every project is a different story, and this time we have to talk about the best client I have ever met, with great ideas, a clear target, that we have helped him to mold.
The owner of the housing was reforming the building and, according to actual regulations, he had to add some additional spaces for air circulation. The technical requirement is the opportunity for this project to transform a health functional space in a small garden in the middle of the flat.
We have developed a quite dense program considering the only 7m2 of the patio; we designed the green living wall, the pond with plants and fishes, and prepared the space for stay and relax, taking care of every small detail and materials, including lighting and smart controls (for lighting and watering)
The main challenge was to integrate and hide all the hydraulic and electric system. The filters and pumps are quite big compared with the space and our best effort has been to keep the simplicity of the design, without visual disturbances. We got it; everything is functional and mimetic.
For the enthusiastic of plants and flowers, this is the list of the species used in the pond and in the greenwall.
