FINOLE is a design concept that we applied to a digital financial company office called a Uang Teman. Uang Teman is a digital financial company in the Southeast Asia region that provides short-term loans for consumption or business purposes. The brief from the client only wants a flexible and up-to-date office and we are trying to develop it into several concepts that illustrate the philosophy of this office as a whole.

The first is that we take Finole concept of a ceiling light line that surrounds the entire office, which can be interpreted as a philosophy of Uang Teman's office business that illustrates an uninterrupted turnover of money to provide benefits to customers or users of money services.

The incoming money is rotated and developed to become capital again to accommodate or provide benefits to the needs of customers or users who are more and more broadly.

We also designed the corridor to be a rotating or looping path with the same philosophy to facilitate coordination between divisions and also tightening the social fabric in the office environment with 1 main access. In this main access, there are break out areas, collaborative areas, pantry and also event room so that all employees can meet at this point.

Next, we take the concept of the main logo branding identity of Uang Teman to make this office design more dynamic with curved corners like the logo. Also, the colors on the logo are our main focus in designing this office. We made this logo color as a design that is bolder or bolder with the philosophy of firm commitment of Uang Teman to provide the best financial services for customers, applied in certain parts, especially in the connecting passageway between divisions, which makes this office not only full philosophy but also unique and very Instagram-able.

Also, because this is a start-up office, we tried to carry a more flexible, dynamic, transparent, open-plan office concept and also many communal spaces present as a place to break out and also a place of discussion or user collaboration. It is hoped that this office will become a unique and productive start-up office.
