For Asia’s leading aerospace brand, Zyeta envisioned a workspace that not only promotes innovation and capability expansion but also unifies diverse business entities and functions. This strategic approach elevates the workplace experience and propels the brand towards greater success.

The workspace is WELL HSR-rated and LEED Platinum-compliant, seamlessly integrating hospitality amenities with wellbeing-oriented spaces. This ensures a healthy and sustainable environment for all employees.

Designed to provide users with choice and control, these spaces create a resilient and future-proof work environment. The flexibility allows for various work styles and activities, enhancing overall productivity.

By combining separate business entities into one cohesive workplace, the design fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion. This unification promotes a sense of community and collaboration among employees.

Upon entering the building, visitors are greeted by a double-height main lobby with a monotone design that connects them to multiple business units spread across various levels. The white color scheme here serves as a neutral base, from which the diverse color palettes of the different floors emerge, creating a vibrant and dynamic environment.

Each floor welcomes visitors with a reception lobby designed as a community zone, featuring a waiting area, pantry, and semi-enclosed and open collaboration spaces. This setup encourages interaction and engagement among employees. The central zone, adorned with interactive walls, adds an element of playfulness and dynamism to the workspace.

Agile workspaces, located within work neighborhoods, offer users the flexibility to choose how they work. These spaces feature height-adjustable desks, ergonomic seating arrangements, and niche seating options, catering to diverse physical and neurodiverse needs. This design approach ensures that all employees can work comfortably and efficiently.

The cafe provides a unique and refreshing experience, with quirky brand graphics, installations, biophilia, leisure spaces, and interactive placemaking techniques. It serves as a community hub for brand connection, socializing, and employee relaxation, enhancing the overall workplace experience.
