迈丘设计：新城香悦公馆位于广东肇庆市高新区，北江大道之上，是新城控股进驻肇庆的开篇之作。肇庆古名端州，以端砚著称。宋朝诗人张九成曾赋诗道：“端溪古砚天下奇，紫花夜半吐虹霓。”该项目从肇庆非遗国粹“端砚”，提取出沉浸千年的独特纹路，以现代简约的设计元素手法，营造自由如涟漪、起伏皆墨韵、具有当地文化底蕴、层层递进的景观空间。寻砚之旅，千年文化婉转流淌于其中，开启“华南首个端砚主题美学人居”。

Metrostudio：The Xiangyue Mansion is located in Guangdong zhaoqing High-tech zone, the Beijiang Avenue above, is the Future Land enters Zhaoqing’s first project. Zhaoqing ancient name Duanzhou. “The project from Zhaoqing” Duanyan “, extract the unique lines immersed in the millennium, with modern minimalist design elements, create freedom such as ripples, ups and downs are ink rhyme, with local culture, layers of landscape space. To find Inkstone journey, the Millennium culture in which, open “South of Chinese first Duanyan theme aesthetic residence.”

肇庆端砚与湖笔、宣纸、徽墨并称“文房四宝”。砚者，研也，可研墨使和濡也，作为中国传统文人的文房必备书写器物之一，一方砚台，承载着人一生的书写故事。展示区以“砚石传说——寻砚之旅”作为景观设计概念及展示区的设计线索，以“见山、遇溪、寻秘、遇石、赏园、品砚”六重体验空间，诠释景观空间设计。

Zhaoqing Duan inkstone, Hu bi, Xuan paper and hui mo are called ” four treasures of Wen Fang”. Inkstone, as one of the necessary writing objects in the Chinese traditional literati’s writing room, one inkstone carries the writing story of one’s life. The demonstration area uses ” inkstone legend – journey to find inkstone” as the concept of landscape design and the design clue of the exhibition area, and interprets the design of landscape space with ” seeing mountain, meeting brook, searching secret, meeting stone, appreciating garden, and tasting inkstone” as the six-fold experience space.

景观串联起建筑和室内，形成收放有致、从热闹到安静、层层推进的景观序列，让业主从喧闹的城市一步步踏入心灵的家园，营造成一方具有文化底蕴的空间。

The landscape is connected with the buildings and the interior, forming a landscape sequence with a well-organized arrangement, from lively to quiet, and advancing layer upon layer, so that the owners step by step from the noisy city into the heart’s home and create a space with cultural.

见山

入口简洁大气，入口logo景墙，宛如溪水的涌泉叠水，将客户引入场地，开启一场美好的寻砚之旅。

“鱼儿”跃出水面，小巧的涌泉，点缀其中，当夜幕降临，宛如坠入银河的繁星点点，让人们从喧闹的都市生活中抽离，回归到生活的本质。

See mountain

The entrance is simple and atmospheric, and the logo wall at the entrance is like fountain folding water in a stream of water. It introduces people to the site and starts a wonderful journey to find inkstones.

The ” fish” leaped out of the water surface and dotted with small fountain. When night falls, it is like falling into the stars of the milky way, allowing people to pull away from noisy urban life and return to the essence of life.

从空间的延续到材料的运用，都尽可能的考究。如冷色系的石材芝麻黑、点金麻铺贴，一气呵成。以丛生铁冬青、丛生朴树作为点景大树，搭配丛生香柚、黄花风铃木等植物，大乔搭配草阶，营造大气、疏朗的入口标识空间。

From the continuation of space to the use of materials, they are all as elegant as possible. Such as cold color stone sesame black. With clumped holly and Celtis sinensis Pers as the spot trees, with clumped pomelo, yellow flower wind Suzuki and other plants, and trees with grass terraces, the entrance sign space of atmosphere and sparse is created.

遇溪

拾阶而上，入口叠水和大面积的镜面水景，潺潺的流水声沿着主入口两侧跌水景池缓缓而下，给人愉悦、欢快的听觉盛宴。开阔的镜面映衬着精致、典雅的营销中心建筑及主题性雕塑，仿佛置身于静谧的湖泊之中。

Encounter creek

Up the stairs, the entrance was piled with water and a large area of mirror waterscape. The rippling sound of water slowly descended along the waterscape pools on both sides of the main entrance, giving people a pleasant and cheerful feast of hearing. The open mirror mirrors the exquisite and elegant marketing center building and thematic sculpture, as if they were in a quiet lake.

宁静空灵的水景如明镜一样，清澈见底，从肇庆端砚中提炼而成的水景雕塑，漂浮在水面上。氤氲飘渺中，呈现出极具现代感、诗情画意空间。

The serene and ethereal waterscape is like a mirror. The waterscape sculpture extracted from Zhaoqing Duan inkstone floats on the surface of the water. In the dense and ethereal space, there is a space with a very modern feeling and poetic feeling.

寻秘

结合故事线索“寻秘”，预留可举办600~800 人左右的营销活动广场，线性铺装及带状草坪，搭配趣味可移动坐等，既可以举办营销活动，又可以作为微运动广场，提供一处可休憩、可交流、可锻炼的公园式活动广场。植物上，以丛生朴树、丛生水蒲桃作为点景大树，搭配红花鸡蛋花等开花植物，营造水上静谧、精致的植物围合空间。

Searching for secrets

According to the story clue ” find secrets”, a marketing square with 600 – 800 people, linear paving and ribbon lawn, and interesting movable seats can be reserved. It can not only hold marketing activities, but also serve as a micro-sports square and provide a park-type activity square that can rest, communicate and exercise. On plants, clustered Celtis sinensis Pers and clustered Syzygium jamesonii are used as large trees with flowering plants such as safflower and frangipani to create a quiet and exquisite plant enclosure on the water.
