The aim is not only to create ideal spaces for studying and working. The satellite library should at the same time be a place of gathering people from different social backgrounds, a place which represent achievements of Great Britain in education and science, a place which serves as an advert for University of Liverpool and the last but not the least – a great example of the modern 21 century building.
