×At the heart of Julius bar&grill stands a customdesigned mega-sized open fire charcoal grill togive the world’s best ingredients the typicalbarbecue taste. Two Big Green Eggs (a ceramic,closable barbecue) have been placed alongsidethe open fire charcoal grill. They can be used for grilling, baking, boiling, stewing, smoking and slowcooking. The bar, as a structural element,definesthe layout of the space. At the entrance, guestsare welcome by a cabinet of BBQ sauces speciallycreated by chef Julius. High tables that feel like anextension of the bar are positioned in front of the barto accommodate six guests. Lower tables have beenplaced in front of the windows. On the right side ofthe bar there is a 15-metre brown, handmade Chesterfieldsofa. In the back, a dry age cabinet displays the authenticityof the meats used on the BBQ & grill. Three 4-metre oak tablesare lined up against the kitchen wall. In the back of therestaurant the double high spaces are filled withcabinets that feature the custom sauces by Julius and bagsof charcoal representing the visual identity of the restaurant.
