以‘悬浮为设计灵感，让整个建筑宛若悬浮于空中的“方盒子”。

入户门厅

除却多余装饰，仅以大理石为叙事旁白，在极简清爽的氛围中，指引到沙盘区。

沙盘模型为直径8.8米的圆形沙盘

在这个巨大漩涡的中心，是设计师为整个销售中心设计的超大圆形沙盘，往上延伸出的丝带状悬浮步道，目的是为参观者提供了一种缓慢流淌的观看方式。

In the center of this huge vortex, is the super large circular sand table designed by the designer for the entire sales center, and the ribbon-like suspended walkway extending upward is intended to provide visitors with a slow-flowing way of viewing.

内外之间，万千流转

主体空间则是开阔徜徉的洽谈区，内外之间融入大量玻璃布景，以简洁干净的基调展开空间与艺术的对话，用现代的手法植入曲线元素，在光影照射下勾勒出几何线条。

The main space is an open negotiation area. A large number of glass scenery is incorporated between the inside and the outside, and the dialogue between space and art is developed in a simple and clean tone. Curve elements are implanted with modern techniques, and geometric lines are drawn under the illumination of light and shadow.

旋转艺术楼梯，既承担着空间功能性的衔接，也成为不同角度的观光之地，由上至下，天光一泻千里，从而保证室内能够宽敞而明亮。

Revolving artistic stairs,It not only undertakes the connection of spatial function,It has also become a place of sightseeing from different angles,From top to bottom,The sky is shining a thousand miles,So as to ensure that the room can be spacious and bright.

留白隐私与相互对话

步入二楼则是更为私密的空间，通过当代艺术的手法组合与拼接，来满足空间不同场景，如洽谈、娱乐、休闲的功能转换，来访者在此停留、休憩，激发出对未来生活的向往。

Stepping into the second floor is a more private space, through the combination and splicing of contemporary art, to meet the different scenes of the space, such as the functional transformation of negotiation, entertainment, and leisure. Visitors stay and rest here, stimulating their yearning for future life.

前往洽谈区过道，装置艺术灯饰在序列之间，曲形书屋作为休闲区的存在，打造更强的氛围感，光影之中，让经过的人在过去与未来的连接处有了奇妙的体验。

Going to the aisle of the negotiation area, the installation art lighting is in the sequence, and the curved bookstore exists as a leisure area, creating a stronger sense of atmosphere. In the light and shadow, people passing by have a wonderful experience at the connection between the past and the future.
