墓园景观是景观的一个分支，是文化的体现，随着历史的变迁，社会的发展，人们对墓地的认识打破了传统的封建思想束缚，墓地不再是阴森冷漠的代名词，将陵园景观生态化、艺术化、人文化的理念在新时代逐渐被人们所接受。惠州泰康纪念园入口公园位于广东省惠州市博罗县福田镇境内，这里群山环抱，古木参天，自然生态优越，SED设计师以岭南文化“天人合一”为本底，将当地传统文化特色及佛教禅修致和气韵生动的思想意境融入设计中，并将“禅憩”精神作为设计灵魂着力营造出简约自然，回归本原，拙朴禅意，放松心灵的艺术陵园。

As one branch of landscape, cemetery landscape could be regarded as an embodiment of culture. With the historical changes and social development, people’s recognition towards cemetery has broken through the constraints of traditional feudal thoughts that cemetery is not the pronoun of gloom any more. The concept to create an ecological, artistic and humanized cemetery landscape has progressively accepted in the new era. The site is located in Huizhou, Guangdong. Encompassed by mountains and giant ancient forests, it enjoys extraordinary ecological resources. On the basis of traditional Lingnan culture which upholds “Unity of Nature and Human”, local characteristics and Lingnan Buddhism are well blended into the design, creating a primitive and relaxing cemetery cored as tranquil Zen spirit.

接到项目之初，我们考察了原有场地，虽周围自然环境良好，但很多地方年久失修，杂乱不堪。结合场地得天独厚的自然条件，SED设计师认为，泰康纪念园呈现给游览者的应该是一种景观式的纪念空间体验，利用变化多端的空间形式丰富视觉感官。

When we first encountered this project, we made a survey of the site and found that despite of favorable surroundings, many places were in disrepair and terribly messy. Taking advantages of the heaven-sent conditions, SED designers insist that Taikang Memorial Park should create diversified spaces to enrich people’s visual experience and furnish people with a landscaping memorial space.

入口停车场 | Entry Parking

停车场作为创新设计，避免了停车坡度过大，停车，行车都不方便的情况。一车一位，跌级布置，配以植物围合，顿时提升了整个停车场的品质和使用感受。

Over-steep slope is not good for parking or driving, the designers therefore introduce an innovative parking design – cascading parking with green enclosure, successfully upgrading the parking’s quality and user experience.

入口桥 | Entry Bridge

入口高差较大，在不背离原始地形的基础上改进了原有方案，传统的石拱桥中间铺有汉白玉，配以流水小景，整个入口干净，灵动，而又震撼。从车行道望去一目了然。显示出纪念园最本源的气质。

There are big level differences at the entry. In order not to destroy the existing terrain too much, artificial rockery decorated with water stream is designed as main entry landscape, creating a neat and dynamic scene which offers visual impact to the visitors.

八正道广场 | Octagonal Central Plaza

八正道广场作为入口广场，设置了较大的集散空间，可同时举行千人法会。八边形的中央广场上立有14米高的著名佛教人物雕塑阿育王柱，围绕柱身及平台设置喷泉，可结合声光电水进行表演。

As the arrival plaza, the Octagonal Central Plaza offers a large space for gathering, dispersing and even thousand-people dharma assembly. A 14-meter-high Asoka Pillar standing upright in the middle with fountains around it and performances could be given by integrating acoustics, lighting, and water.

石潭禅语 | Rock Pool

围合的空间布置，具有自然形态的竹制栏杆，在素净的白沙之上点放粗放桀骜的原石。休闲廊亭参考日本建筑，尺度考究，或站或坐都能找到舒适的最佳观赏点，游园休憩驻足于此，看到一位老僧正在绘制沙纹，沙既是水，宁静至枯寂，恍惚间，禅意味道悄然融入身心。

In the rock pool enclosed by natural bamboo railings, raw stones are tactfully placed on the purely white sand, perfectly realizing contrasts in either form or color. Referring to Japanese architecture, the leisure pavilion with well-considered scale provides best viewing points for the visitors. In trance, Japanese style Zen spirit slips into people’s mind and body.

竹里寻禅 | Bamboo Forest

竹里寻禅，山间悟道，这一极富画面感的场景，也在园区里真实的体现。竹林禅影间，不论青翠的竹林，自然的砾石路面，还是隐在竹林之中的名人雕像，都在不断地强化“柳暗花明又一村”的景观意见，框景，障景，可见不可得，配合简洁的大气休闲廊亭，端坐其中，真有一种置身世外的感觉。

A picturesque scene that people seek for Zen in bamboo and realize philosophy among mountains is lively presented here. Verdant bamboo forests, natural gravel pavements or even the statues hidden, constantly showcase the landscape idea that “there is a way out”, which exactly present Zen spirit in landscape.

林泉禅影 | Fountain in Forest

林泉禅影作为主要景观节点，也最为出彩。宽大的跌水面，让人工改造水景富有了自然河溪的感觉。植物的搭配将自然景观资源引入人造景观，配以置石，显得更加的浑然天成。不管是仰视，俯视，平视。都是一种独特的景观感受。

As the key landscape node, the fountain in forest becomes the most outstanding feature. The grand water feature looks so natural and the plant collocations perfectly integrate nature with man-made landscape. People can enjoy the unique landscape at any time.
