MAPRC Architects’ design was the winning tender for the "Vive en Cofrentes” public housing development scheme, organised by the Council.
A project worth highlighting due to the carefully considered layout and exacting selection of building materials.
The ventilated façade was designed as a high-performance building solution aimed at meeting thermal protection and energy saving requirements. Thin, Corten steel-effect XLIGHT NOX porcelain tiles were therefore used to clad the supporting structure using an exposed clip system developed by Butech.
Over 400 m2 of cladding on an area which frames the terraces of this major residential project.
Likewise, the interiors and terraces have also been tiled with one of the most elegant and timeless porcelain tiles. An on-trend collection which complements any interior décor, giving the appearance of stone with its wide variety and dynamic style.
El proyecto del estudio de arquitectura MAPRC fue el ganador del concurso "Vive en Cofrentes", convocado por Ayuntamiento del municipio para el diseño de un edificio de viviendas de promoción pública.
Un trabajo que merece ser destacado por la estudiada distribución de los espacios y una cuidada selección de los materiales constructivos.
Así, se proyectó una fachada ventilada como solución constructiva de altas prestaciones cuyo objetivo es asegurar las exigencias de protección térmica y ahorro de energía. Para ello, como cobertura se utilizó el porcelánico de fino espesor XLIGHT NOX con aspecto acero corten sobre la estructura de sujeción con grapa a la vista desarrollada por Butech.
Más de 400 m2 para revestir los volúmenes que enmarcan las terrazas de este gran proyecto residencial.
De la misma forma, los interiores y terrazas también se han pavimentado con uno de los porcelánicos más elegantes y atemporales. Una colección siempre en tendencia y combinable cualquier estilo decorativo que transmite la piedra con una amplia variedad y marcado dinamismo.
