A new life of old houses

Once upon a time… there lived a house. It served faithfully to his inhabitants.

But everything in our life becomes old and worn out…

A Client came with an idea to destroy the house and build a new one. But behind his considerations we could see some regrets. He spent a significant part of his life there, the walls of the house remembered the laughter of his children, many of which have already grown and live independently, but these walls remember the stories and moments that are dear to him.

At the same time there were some suggestions to make the house modern and corresponding to the up-to-date standards. Efficient, ecologically friendly it should look younger and modern after reconstruction.

We estimated the project and decided that it is still a whoopee!

The internal facing of the walls have to be removed completely, the holes made during the construction shall be cleaned, insulation by means of modern materials shall be mounted and some rooms shall be created according to a layout.

The windows and a door for a project were manufactured by the WINWOOD (Moscow) from larch with energy saving double- glass pane. It was decided to make a new roof by Finish material Kerabit 7 and to install the solar batteries on the southern side of the roof.

Facade of the house will also be changed: it will be insulated, plastered and painted. Additionally the house and its inhabitants will get a new modern terrace. They can have a dinner there, enjoying the birds singing and smells of the forest nearby.
