Store Development : PUMA

The underlying concept for this project was to develop a new store for a particular brand in Bangalore to its sales. This process includes studying the brand and its store (with most sales) thoroughly and then proposes a new location, facade, store layout, planogram, etc.The chose brand is Puma and the store studied is its flagship store in Indiranagar.

Flagship Store : Indiranagar

Proposed Location 

No 28, 3rd Main Road, 100 Feet Road, Doctor SK Karim Khan Road, Inner Ring, Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560038

Reasons for proposed location : • Combination of three buildings : Pai, KFC and Pizza Hut.• The dimension of the store in length and breath is 20 meters by 20 meters. Four way crossing.• Nearest ATM is 300 meters from the store. • Indiranagar 100feet road intersecting Chinmaya Mission Hospital Road.• High traffic zone.• Trees obstruction is negligible as compared to most of the 100feet road stores.• Corner building – hence easily visible to all waiting in the traffic.• At one end of 100feet road, so people will not get confused while searching for it. • All these three building combined will provide the entire space for both the store and  socials where in ground floor there will be a part of the existing Pai building allowing  underground parking and the rest of ground, 1st and 2nd floor will be the store and third  floor solely dedicated to the socials.

Proposed Facade

A digital screen facade with the iconic Puma jumping around. This motion is to draw the attention of the people present outside the store.
