项目位于青岛李沧区创新驱动核心，

李沧区是生态型产城融合板块，科技创新基地，自然生态资源丰富，潜力可期。

The project is located in the innovation driven core of Licang District, Qingdao. Licang District is an ecological industry city integration plate, a scientific and technological innovation base, rich in natural ecological resources and promising potential.

Transportation: it is convenient to travel along the No. 1 subway line and close to Qingyin expressway.

Supporting facilities: there are many colleges near the base, with a deep cultural atmosphere in the university community.

Nature: there are ten plum nunneries and Taihe mountain scenic spots nearby, which add humanistic and natural flavor to the site.

利用现状 2.8 米高差，打造更丰富的景观层次，精致的台阶与水景花池多样穿插，迷你会客吧台提升社交体验，以营造尊贵的森林入口轴线景观。

Make use of the current 2.8m height difference to create a richer landscape level. Exquisite steps and waterscape flower pools are interspersed in a variety of ways. The mini reception bar improves the social experience to create a noble forest entrance axis landscape.

南侧礼仪大门人车分流，智能人脸识别让社区管控安全便捷，入口 30 米长的林荫大道景观，种植 8 株高度 8 米以上的丛生朴树，树大冠浓，增强归家仪式感。

At the South etiquette gate, people and vehicles are separated, and intelligent face recognition makes the community control safe and

convenient. The 30 meter long Boulevard landscape at the entrance is planted with 8 clumps of park trees with a height of more than 8

meters. The trees are large and thick, enhancing the sense of home ceremony.

共享森活区 / 全龄儿童活动场地

结合品牌 IP，用大地艺术塑造更简约自然的公园绿地，触摸自然，听见自然，打造有主题、更有趣的

儿童友好型全龄社区。

花园占地约 1500 平方，是小区的社交中心，邻里之间或家庭成员之间可以在这里传递信息，交流思想，拉近人与人之间的距离。

Covering an area of about 1500 square meters, the garden is the social center of the community, where neighbors or family members can transfer information, exchange ideas, and shorten the distance between people.

260 米社区环跑道采用塑胶铺设，跑道上的消耗卡路里数值标识让业主有更积极的健身动力，助力摆脱亚健康，跑道沿途配置能量补充站，包含热身区、休憩区、直饮水区，劳逸结合，科学运动。
