‘madane DESIGN workshop LLP’ Designed ‘Fedbank Financial Services Ltd (Fedfina)’ – India Head Office. Fedbank Financial Services Ltd (Fedfina) is NBFC licensed bank with over 250 plus gold loan branches across the country. It caters to products like Gold Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loan and its poised to emerge as a relevant player in the BFSI space.

Asper the brief for designing of interiors for FedBank’s new India Head Office in the Financial capital of India - Mumbai, the client had specifically cited a requirement of creating a vibrant, energizing and modern contemporary design – keeping in mind the young and dynamic team’s age group of the bank, which was between 24-40years of age.

incorporating the requirement for a vibrant and modern architecture, our team designed the spaces as minimal and as an open office concept. The workforce and collaborative teams were made as floating island and all the important and decision-making spaces were surrounding & overlooking the island of workstations.

The Concept of floating, was also introduced in the ceiling with protruding and undulating cantilevered grids, so as to incorporate the acoustic values of grid ceiling and to reduce the created decibels by the work culture.

The Head of Departments had a semitransparent cabin with casual inhouse meeting spaces. The board room was an elaborate and spacious, which creates a bold decisive space for holding Financial and Board conclusions. The CEO cabin is as elegant and unique to its occupier. Recreational and Cafeteria spaces gives a very refreshing philosophy due to the spaces and interiors created within them.

The Graphics and encouraging quotes, wisdom lines and design elements add to the culture, ethos and working mindset of the banks leadership, which prescribes the working culture in bank.
