泰康之家是泰康旗下专注养老康复实体建设运营和创新服务的知名专业品牌，为“长寿时代”提供兼具前沿性与探索性的高品质解决方案。伴随社会老龄化的不断加剧，养老问题逐渐增多。作为泰康首个国际标准旗舰养老社区，泰康之家·燕园如何打造更加契合社会发展、凝聚本土温情的价值再创造者中心，成为重要议题。

Landscape Design for Beijing Yan Garden (Phase III) – Taikang Flagship Retirement Community In the joyous abode finds one’stranquility within; through all the years lasts the song of life. As a professional front runner brand under the Taikang umbrella, Taikang Community has been focused on the construction, operation and innovative services of elderly care and rehabilitation entities that stands out as a renowned provider of cutting-edge and exploratory high-quality solutions for the “Era of Longevity”. With the ongoing intensification of population aging, issues related to elderly care are progressively escalating. As Taikang’s inaugural internationally standardized flagship retirement community, Taikang Community Yan Garden establishing itself as a pivotal focal point to address the pressing need to devise a value regenerator center of better solutions to societal development and a nucleus of locally nurtured warmth.

该项目位于北京昌平新城核心区域，与昌平新城滨河森林公园的湖景接壤。“水在城中，润美养生”，团队以提供更好的养老体验为宗旨，将滋养万物之水融入场地，打造具有人文关怀的“八趣八景”，将北京本土文化融入“适老化” 设计，为老年人创造安全舒适的居住环境的同时，也提供了丰富的文化娱乐体验。

Situated in the core area of Changping New Town in Beijing, the project is adjacent to the lake views of Changping New Town Binhe Forest Park. Embracing the concept of “water within the city, nurturing beauty and well-being,” the design team is dedicated to enhancing the elderly living experience by incorporating the nourishing nature of water into the site to create “Eight Pleasures and Eight Sceneries” with a humanistic touch. By incorporating Beijing’slocal spirits into the design with an emphasis on adapting the dwelling place for the seniors, the team strives to craft a secure and comfortable living environment for the elderly while providing a wealth of cultural and entertainment experiences.

城，因水而美；树，因水而茂。团队以“水滴飞溅”为灵感，结合中心建筑形式，形成“八景共生，滴水成林”的景象，以“水”将社区与生命建立紧密联系，创造一个融合传统文化、自然元素和现代养老理念的宜居环境。

The city, adorned by water; the trees, thriving with water. Drawing inspiration from the “splashing of water droplets”,the team, in conjunction with the central architectural form, creates a scene of “eight sceneries all at once; water droplets forming a forest”. Through the essence of “water”, the community establishes a close connection with life, crafting a pleasant habitat weaving together traditional culture, natural elements and modern elderly care philosophy.

借鉴燕京八景之“玉泉趵突”的淙淙水景，“见水思源”礼宾庭院塑造别具特色的入口景观。设计引入叠水喷泉体现“落其实者思其树，饮其流者怀其源”的哲学意涵；四季常青的植物，为整体入口景观增添生机与活力。

Drawing inspiration from the “Eight Scenes of Yanjing” and its murmuring waters of the “Yuquan Baotu” (Spurting Spring at Yuquan Mountain), the design of the “Jian Si Yuan” (Contemplating the Source) courtyard molds a distinctive entrance landscape. The introduction of cascading water fountains embodies the philosophical connotation of “when eating fruits, one should think of the fruit trees; when drinking water, one should think of the source of the river”, while vitality and vigor are infused into the overall entrance landscape by evergreen plants.

屋顶花园将适老化融入每一个细节，为老年人提供功能丰富的休憩活动场所。无障碍通道和观景平台，充分考虑老年人使用需求；中庭治愈的芳香疗养花卉、户外休闲厅，为居民提供丰富的多元生活场景。

The rooftop garden celebrates elderly-oriented design down to the minutest detail, providing the senior with a functionally enriched place for leisure activities. Barrier-free pathways and panoramic platforms are thoughtfully designed to accommodate the necessities of the elderly. The healing fragrance of therapy flowers in the atrium along with the outdoor leisure lounge entertains the residents with a diverse array of living scenarios.

园区西南侧“生趣合鸣”将北京日常的田园野趣和乐宠动趣融合其中，打造生趣盎然田园生态景观，为居民提供了亲近自然、欢愉互动的户外休闲场所。

On the southwest side of the park, “Joy of Life in Harmony” blends the pastoral charm of Beijing’s day-to-day living in the countryside with the delighted charm of beloved pets. This creates a lively pastoral ecological landscape, providing residents with an outdoor recreation retreat for close interaction and fulfilling engagement with nature.

为满足老年人运动和娱乐需求，“逐欢竞乐”是为其打造的专属康养多功能场地。多元化的体育乐活运动场、享受田园之趣的晴耕乐园、隐逸丛中的休憩廊亭，使老人能够积极地融入社区生活。

To meet the exercise and entertainment wants of the elderly, “Pursuing the Pleasure and Engagement” is an exclusive multi- functional space designed for their well-being. Facilities including diversified sports and leisure activity areas, the “Sunshine Garden” for cultivating the pastoral fun and secluded pavilions within the greenery work together to welcome the elderly to actively participate into the community life.

泰康之家·燕园将康养、人文和创新融为一体，打造标杆旗舰康养社区，创造全新的适老康养体验。在这里，老年人能够享受到舒适惬意的居住体验，细细品味岁月静好的悠然时光。

Taikang Community Yan Garden demonstrates the integration of health care, humanity and innovation, establishing itself as a benchmark flagship health care community and composing a brand new perception in the field of elderly care. Here, a cozy and delightful living experience is ready for the seniors to relish in the serene moments of well-lived years.
