Ruin of a farmhouse completely renovated through a studied amalgamation with a small eighteenth-century carriage house existing in adherence. The two volumes, different in architectural language and materials, were treated in a totally different way but connected through a sort of "architectural hinge" consisting of a new staircase with a fully glazed roof that distributes the two buildings on the two levels of the house.
Colonial complex restoration.
Merging with a small carriage house of eighteenth-century origin.
Stone, resin, wood and glass to break away from the historic building but integrate with the natural context.
