On the outskirts of Seoul, three existing buildings have been completely transformed inside and out to serve as the Office CDA in Seoul. To turn this into one building, the architect opted for a front façade. This has been realized around the exterior facades of the complexes. The material choice of our product MD Expanded Metal in combination with a special red powder coating is really cool. The façade is fastened with our visible MD Verti fastening system. It has been decided to keep parts of the front façade open by installing static shutters.
The static shutters of the CDA office provide extra openness and a better view of the beautiful surroundings from the inside. Lighting has been installed between the existing buildings and the new façade. As a result, parts of the facade are extra highlighted so the old contours of the buildings are extra visible. Together with the lighting in the garden it forms a beautiful whole.
