REQUIREMENTS FROM PARTY A

1、    

希望家里色彩丰富一些；

I hope it will be a colorful home.

2、    

夫妻下班时间不同频，希望多一些与家人相处的时光；

Due to different off work time, the couple want to spend more time with their family.

3、    

老人与年轻的生活习惯不同，希望互不干扰；

Because of different living hobbies from the elder, they hope not to be interfered with each other.

4、    

猫咪拥有自己的小世界，也可以随时跟主人互动；

The cat has its own space and also can interact with its owner at any time.

| 解决方案

SOLUTIONS

1、色彩

Color

以干净的白色和森系的绿色为主基调，穿插搭配局部暖色，浪漫又温馨。

With clean white and forest green as the main tone, warm colors will be added in some details which delivers a feeling of romance and warmth.

2、家人相处的空间

Space for family member to stay together

设计师将原有的卧室改为开放式书房与客厅连通，设置了可以两台电脑同时开黑的书桌，并将后面一整面墙打造成乐高收藏展示柜，多功能客厅同时承载全家成员的各种爱好，既能各玩各，又能相互陪伴。

It’s designed that the existing bedroom will be changed into an open-plan study which is linked with the living room. In this room. There will be two computers for playing games together. The back wall will be changed into a LEGO display cabinet. The multi-functional living room will offer services for each member’s hobbies, not only allowing each member to enjoy himself but also accompany each other.

3、两代人生活互不干扰

The two generations have independent life with no-interference.

老人作息规律喜欢早起早睡，而年轻人则可能昼夜倒班。设计师将原有的书房作为老人房，与小夫妻起居的区域分隔开，做到了互不干扰。

The elder people keep early hours and have a good daily routine. However, the young people often stay up late and get up late. The existing study will be changed into a living room for the elder which is separated from the one for the couple, aiming to realize no-interference each other.

在去卫生间和厨房的动线上设计了感应灯，即便老人晚上去卫生间和厨房也有照明，充分考虑到老人的起居功能性。

Considering that the elder goes to bathroom and kitchen at night, sensor light will be installed on the road to these two places to meet the elder’s demand.

另外，主卫和卧室合并为酒店式套房，符合当下年轻人的生活方式，衣柜顶上设计了投影幕布，属于夫妻两的休闲时光。

In addition, the master bathroom and bedroom will be integrated into one hotel-style suit in correspondence with the lifestyle of nowadays young people. On the top of wardrobes, a projector screen will be installed for the couple’s recreation.

4、喵星人的快乐空间

Happy space for the cat

猫眼太懂喵星人想要的可以上蹿下跳的愉快世界，在客厅和书房空间设计了一个从地到顶的游乐园：猫爬架、猫抓板、猫跑道、猫猫洞以及专属通道。让喵星人更加自由出入你想让它去的的地方，充分利用了每一处空间。

The

MaoYan

  knows well the happiness for a cat to jump up and down. A ground-to-top park is designed in the living room and study including climbing frames, scratch board, runways, cat hole and exclusive passageways. It will not only allow the cat to go where it wants, but also make full use of every space.

| 设计亮点

HIGHLIGHTS

对于现在的爱猫人士而言，大多不再是单纯的圈养和买玩具，而是在装修设计的时候就从猫主子的生活习性去考虑“ 家”的动线规划。

As to nowadays cat lovers, no longer just keeping the cat or buying some toys to them, they  take the cat’s living style into consideration when they design their homes.

空间设计动静结合，两代人与喵星人和谐共处。他们生活在各自的卧室，也会在家中的公共空间相遇。

Space design is a combination of dynamic and static elements. Two generations of people and the cat can live in harmony. They live in their respective bedrooms and meet in the public space at home.

妈妈看电视，夫妻俩玩游戏，不经意间抬头看一眼猫咪在哪个跑道上，偶尔还可以坐在秋千上享受亲子时光，看似各玩各的，又能相互陪伴。

When the mother watches TV or the couple play games, inadvertently , they look up and find out which runway the cat is on. The other time, they can sit on the swing to enjoy parent-child time. It seems that they play separately, but also they are able to accompany each other.

在这个家喵星人不仅是宠物，同时还是平等的空间使用者，在提升喵星人的幸福感，让居住空间真正实现人猫共乐的同时，也成为了整个家的设计亮点。

In the family, the cat is far more than a pet. It’s also an space user with equal right. The park not only will enhance the well-being of cat, but also become the highlight of design in the whole house.
