S.Cottrell, J.Michelangeli, R.Sá 设计，位于西班牙马德里市。这是一座办公楼2012年落成，建筑呈L型，楼高5层，占地总面积1480平方米。当CODIC西班牙的董事总经理菲利普•比松谈到JC36时，他对这个正在发展并在不就就会开始兴建的项目已经有了非常明确的愿景（将于6月底开始动工）。它是一座结合了务实主义与建筑美学的简朴的办公大楼，并向用户展示了该项目的优势，也就是取得了符合国际实业的模范要求规范的可持续性证书（BRE环境评估方法）。这些都直接或间接地成就了其高品质的物业，且从物业管理延伸到通过无污染交通工具进入酒店。

IAD设计这个大楼时,他们关心的就是这是一种不同类型的挑战：不是创建一个架构声明，却几乎使得工业产权简单化，也就是符合人体工程学的，优化的，但却是不同的。该项目并没有“过度设计”的感觉，即使每一条线都各就其位，然而即使是外观的轻微变形也能破坏整体的平衡，该项目的主旨在于突出细小部分。其中尽管大量使用原材料，却很谨慎：运用混凝土，金属，玻璃，并重复使用色彩感强烈的橙色以确定循环和公共区，这是其突出特点，也是整个房地产业的重大转折。

When Philippe Buisson, Managing Director of CODIC Espa?a speaks about JC 36, he has a very clear vision of the property that he is developing and which will shortly begin to be built (Works start at the end of June). A simple office building with a pragmatic and architectural aesthetic, which offers tenants the advantages of a project that was envisaged in order to obtain the Very Good Sustainability Certificate in compliance with the exemplary requirements of the International BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) norms. These directly and indirectly make it a higher quality property, extending from the energy management of the property, through to access to the property via non-contaminating transport (integrated bicycle parking).

When IAD designed this building, they were concerned with a different type of challenge: not of creating an architectural statement, but almost achieving the simplicity of an industrial property – ergonomic, optimized, yet different. This project exudes the sensation that it has not been “over-designed”, but rather that every line is exactly where it should be, a delicate equilibrium broken only by the slight inflection of the facade, the aim of which is to highlight the retail unit.

There is also a careful and yet intense use of raw materials: concrete, metal, glass and the repetitive, obsessive use of the colour orange, to identify the circulation and communal areas, highlight signage and give the whole property an extra twist.
