整体方案以“静泊时光”为题来开展，在空间布局上力求简洁明朗，主要由两大部分构成：首层公区（包含了临湖的入口、接待大堂、茶吧、书吧、内庭院）及二、三层客房层。总体上以轻松淡雅的浅色调性为主，通过浅木、白墙、青石等主材的运用，构建出空间线与面的有序交织和围合，来阐述“泊”的理念。
