本案位于八大古都之一的开封，是受邀对七盛角街区的改造项目，目的是打造一条时尚艺术，同时具备当地文化特色的小吃街，给开封这座古城注入新的活力。

This project is located in Kaifeng, one of the eight ancient capitals. As an invited renovation project for the Qishengjiao District, it is aimed to create a fashionable and artistic snack street with local cultural characteristics, and to inject new vitality into the ancient city.

这条小吃街是由当地16家特色小吃组成。在前期定位上我们通过对全国知名小吃街考察、分析、比较。然后针对项目实际做出定位：不仅要与整体大环境保持一致，同时又要让每家店独具风格。

This snack street consists of 16 local special snacks. In the preliminary positioning, we inspected, analyzed and compared with the famous snack streets in China. Then, the project was analyzed. The design of the snack street should not only be consistent with the overall environment, but also make each store unique.

在设计概念上，我们保持了“大符号”，让七盛角这一文化IP在整条街贯穿一致，又对每家店赋予了“小符号”，通过对当地文化元素拆解，让每家店铺独具特色。最终把概念性的符号通过店招、门头、把手、暖帘等方式可视化地体现出来。

In terms of the design concept, we maintained the general symbol, so that the cultural IP of Qishengjiao could be consistent through the whole street. At the same time, each store was given a special symbol. Through the decoration of local cultural elements, each store could have its own characteristics. Finally, the conceptual symbols were visualized through store signs, door headers, handles, and warm curtains.

在空间形式上，我们是以档口+室内座位的形式。既能满足游客取餐即走的情景，又能满足游客进店就餐的情景。同时又考虑到室外区域与各个商铺的联系，不仅有室内就餐区，同时也结合了室外就餐区。

In terms of the spatial form, we were in the form of stall plus indoor seating, which could not only satisfy the situation of tourists taking their meals and leaving, but also meet the situation that visitors can enter the store to eat. In view of the connection between the outdoor area and each store, there is an indoor dining area as well as an outdoor dining area.

在装饰效果上，我们采用了视觉设计与装饰设计的结合，把文化IP以视觉传达的方式与装饰结合，从而实现因每家店铺文化不同所展示出的不同装饰效果，达到让每家店铺独具特色的目的。

In terms of the decoration effect, we adopted the combination of visual and decoration design, and combined the cultural IP with decoration in the way of visual communication, so as to realize the different decoration effect displayed by the different culture of each store, and achieve the purpose of making each store unique.
