舴艋舟文化馆，悬架在旧埠头之上。是整个舴艋舟体验路线的起点。傍晚时，回归的小舟三三五五地停歇于此，船工、小舟、鱼鹰、白帆、灯光、滩林…构成一幅美丽的画面。设计灵感由此而生。

Ze Meng Cultural Center, suspended on the old wharf, which is the starting point of the whole boat experience route. In the evening, the return of the small boat to stop here, small boat, osprey, white sails, lights, beaches… Make a beautiful picture. Design inspiration comes from this.

设计本着对大自然环境高度尊重这一宗旨展开。为了添色环境，而不是突兀的，破坏性的。文化馆是对特定环境、形成的特殊建筑，本身就是天然的一部分。建筑趴在河面上、趴在鹅卵石的滩林之上、趴在停歇的小船间。三艘小舟从建筑内挤出，向着小河方向前行，动感十足。将建筑同环境连成一片。

The design is based on a high respect for the natural environment. To add color to the environment, not make it obtrusive, or even destructive. The cultural center is a special building formed in a specific environment, which itself is a natural part. Buildings lie prone on the river, lie prone on the beach of cobblestones, and lie prone between the boats. Three boats squeezed out of the building, toward the river direction, full of movement. Connect the building with the environment.

鹅卵石经清洗、挑捡直接贴在建筑之上，就地取材，大幅发挥材质的自然天性的同时，让建筑与环境高度融合，无论质感、色彩、还是形状。让建筑犹如从滩林之中生长出来的一样，朴实无华不与环境争色。同时，多变的外型又极具浪漫主义色彩。

The cobblestones are cleaned, picked and pasted directly on the building. They are made from local materials, and the natural nature of materials is brought into full play. At the same time, the building and the environment are highly integrated, no matter in texture, color or shape. Let the building as a beach wood, grow out of the same, unadorned and do not compete with the environment. At the same time, changeful appearance has romantic color extremely.

室内设计也将环境收入其中。窗、门、楼梯、屋顶，由建筑形式自然而成。高、低、大、小不一的窗，最大幅度将环境引入室内。三艘小舟造型的露台，又将室内延伸至室外的环境中。起伏不断的屋顶，好像水面的波浪，层次丰富。建筑夹缝中的天窗似取景窗，将室外三颗松树纳入，午后的阳光也洋洋洒洒地落在地上。滩林的鹅卵石，成疏密高低状，铺在地面上，铺出河岸线的形状，与悬挂的小舟、船桨相呼应，趣味性极强。

Interior design also brings the environment into play. Window, door, stair and housetop, become naturally by form as such a building. The window of tall, low, big, small differs, introduce the environment indoor most greatly. Three boats – shaped balconies extend the interior into the outdoor environment. The undulating roof, like the waves of the water, is rich in layers. The skylight in the crack of the building is like a sightseeing window, which includes three pine trees outside, and the afternoon sun also pours down on the ground. The cobblestones of the river shore spread on the ground in the form of a river bank line, responding to the suspended boat and oars, which has a strong feeling of interest.
