项目总体分为迭拼区、高层区和展示区三部分。建筑整体外观洋溢着现代主义的气息，展示了现代建筑的简洁和硬朗。景观提取建筑设计元素，令二者在设计表达上互通有无，形成一体，以此提升园区的整体轻奢的气质，打造具有高级感的城市人居环境。

The overall project is divided into three parts: Die Pin area, high-rise area and exhibition area. The overall appearance of the building is permeated with the atmosphere of modernism, showing the simplicity and toughness of modern architecture. The landscape extracts architectural design elements, so that the two communicate with each other in terms of design expression and form a whole, so as to enhance the overall light and luxurious temperament of the park and create a high-level urban living environment.

建筑呈四周围合分布，预留给设计师一片完整的场地呈现“流水庭院”景观。园内会客平台延伸至水面上，人们可以在这里享受度假般的欢愉，“水下森林”的打造也令整个园区更具有可持续性，充满了自然的意韵。

The buildings are distributed in four surrounding areas, and a complete site is reserved for the designer to present the “flowing water courtyard” landscape. The meeting platform in the park extends to the surface of the water, where people can enjoy vacation-like pleasure. The creation of the “underwater forest” also makes the entire park more sustainable and full of natural charm.

云想衣裳花想容，春风拂槛露华浓。凭栏远眺，骨架植物围合出一道植物景墙，视野所及是一片郁郁葱葱，这片绿色将迭拼与高层之间的视线隔离，令每一个区域都是相对独立的存在。
