AIA introduced a number of aesthetic and functional upgrades in the Main Terminal Building. The departure process in the Intra-Schengen zone is redesigned to an open gate concept aiming to minimize passengers’ security dwell time, while enhancing the airport journey experience. Assigned by SSP, A&M introduced in the Greek market area an innovative F&B concept, Eat Greek. Eat Greek honors the breadth of traditional Greek cuisine by bringing fresh, wholesome cooking from all regions of Greece to a contemporary and comfortable setting in AIA Airport.
A&M designed and managed the implementation of Eat Greek concept in AIA. The challenge in designing the new Eat Greek was to alter the service mode from a fine dining concept to a more self & quick service F&B unit that lead in a totally new operational and aesthetic result. A&M experience in similar projects lead to a detailed design study as well as strict project planning that offered a zero-defect result, promoting simultaneously the Brand's core identity elements blended with innovation.
