昱道景观:项目位于成都天府新区麓湖生态城,麓客岛上岛前区。占地 33000 平方米,场地高差最大处 11 米。作为未来天府大道两侧商业地块的实验前哨,以一种集中的新型游逛式商业形态呈现。由于是临建项目,也是低成本设计实施的一种尝试。
Yudao Landscape Design: The project is in the front area of the entrance of Luxe Island, which is located in Luxelakes Eco-city, Tianfu New District, Chengdu. It covers an area of 33,000 square meters, and the maximum height difference of the site is 11 meters. As an experimental outpost for commercial plots on both sides of Tianfu Avenue in the future, it’s presented as a new type of concentrated shopping business. As it is a temporary construction project, it is also an attempt at low-cost design and implementation.
场地位于成都平原南侧浅丘地带,西临天府大道。依照麓湖生态城整体规划及建设周期的计划,场地属于临建区范围。所以在设计规划之初,我们是以尊重地形,保留场地原始自然属性为设计的出发点。初勘现场后,发现早期湖系建设时以松软回填土夹杂大体量自然岩块为主的大量堆方区域改变了原始场地地形,使得设计在面临一系列问题时,更需要综合考量各种因素。
The site is located in a shallow hilly area on the south side of the Chengdu Plain, near Tianfu Avenue to the west. According to the overall planning and construction cycle plan of Luxelakes Eco-City, the site belongs to the temporary construction area. Therefore, at the beginning of the design and planning, we are based on respecting the terrain and preserving the original natural attributes of the site as the starting point of the design. After the initial site survey, we found that in the early construction of the lake system, a large number of piled areas dominated by soft backfill soil mixed with large natural rock masses changed the original site topography. This makes it necessary to comprehensively consider various factors when the design is faced with a series of problems.

项目之初业主研发团队已经有一个对项目的初步定位和规划,提出美食村的概念。在这块场地内尝试模拟一种自然村落的组合方式,利用地形高差,形成多界面的有趣的经营空间,进而布置阡陌纵横的多条路径进行空间的链接,最终呈现出一个自然生长状态的商业体验空间。
At the beginning of the project, the owner’s R&D team had already had a preliminary positioning and plan for the project, and proposed the concept of a gourmet village. Trying to simulate a combination of natural villages in this site, by using the terrain height difference to form an interesting business space with multiple interfaces, and then arranging multiple paths in the vertical and horizontal directions to link the space. Finally, it presents a commercial experience space in a natural growth state.

随着设计地深入和经营性要求的逐渐清晰,对低成本设计探索的驱使,我们前后探讨论证近半年多的时间,最终敲定用大台阶的方式来处理中轴巨大的高差链接问题,同时满足集中人流通行便利性需要,也规避在大回填区域进行其他土建方案的风险。过程中数轮方案探讨和尝试,也是对于本项目过程探讨的一个极致展开的经历。
We finally decided to use a large-scale approach to deal with the huge height difference link problem of the central axis, and it took about half a year for the discussion and argumentation. At the same time, it meets the convenience needs of concentrated people’s circulation, and it also avoids the risk of other civil construction projects in the large backfill area. With the deepening of the design and the gradual clarity of operational requirements, and the drive for low-cost design exploration, several rounds of program discussions and trials in the process are also an extreme experience in the process of this project.

依据场地高程分为三级高差区域进行空间布局,并于纵向空间进行串接,希望形成富有乐趣的游逛体验目的地。过程中,景观及建筑协同推进,互相探讨及交换过程中对于场地可能性的尝试。
According to the elevation of the site, it is divided into three-level elevation areas for spatial layout, and they are connected in the vertical space, hoping to form a fun-filled tourist experience destination. In the process, the landscape and the building coordinated to explore each other and exchange the possibilities of the site in the process.

▼游客中心周边大量多年生草花应用,季节交替呈现不同的观赏效果 The application of perennial grass and flowers in and around the visitor center of the front area makes different viewing effects appear in the changing of the seasons.
业主团队及我们一直探讨认定以支撑运营需求、协同低成本策略、营造轻松愉悦得游逛性为原则的设计宗旨。数次探讨及尝试可能性后,我们选择用大台阶的方式在高回填区域做通道连接,预制混凝土砖及两侧草花带呈现一种轻松和序列状通行方式,同时又极大减缓了未来发生局部沉降的调整风险。结合两侧商业广告及装置的预留区域及乔木掩映,形成一个通过性廊道空间。
The owner team and we believe that the design tenet is based on the principles of supporting operational needs, coordinating low-cost strategies, and creating a relaxed and pleasant stroll. After several times of exploring and trying the possibility, we chose to use large steps to connect the high backfill area. The precast concrete bricks and grass flower belts on both sides present a relaxed and sequential way of passage, and at the same time greatly reduce the adjustment risk of local settlement in the future. Combined with the reserved areas for commercial advertisements and installations on both sides and the arbor screen, a passing corridor space is formed.

滨水区域由临水岸商铺的经营空间和休闲的公区组成。作为大轴线的临水端头,我们将原本水岸进行内凹,将更多的临水空间展示与游客。并将局部内凹区域,分季节呈现外摆或浅水互动的形态。
The waterfront area is composed of the business space of waterfront shops and the leisure public area. As the waterfront end of the major axis, we will recess the original waterfront to show more waterfront space to visitors. And the partial concave area is presented in the form of outward stalls or shallow water interaction according to the seasons.

茶歇经营区临水布置,细密的水波纹,泛着光晕,伴着轻松背景音乐,让游客置身于这浮岛,而忘记平时忙碌的烦劳。沿高差降级的台地穿插布置,形成不同氛围的外摆经营区,或三五人成群,或两两私语。
The tea break business area is arranged next to the water, with fine water ripples, glowing halo, and relaxing background music, allowing tourists to stay on this floating island and forget the usual busy troubles. Interspersed arrangement along the degraded terraces, forming a different atmosphere of the outside business area. Tourists are here either in groups of three or five, or whispering in pairs.

最僻静一处小巷,则利用主力店侧边规划为一条氛围热闹的日式小街,挂面铺、小档口交叉穿梭,好不热闹。
The most secluded alley is planned to be a lively Japanese-style street by the side of the main store, with noodle shops and small stalls crossing, which is so lively.
位于中部的半边横街,兼顾景区消防通道,利用贯通的坡道,也产生了室内经营空间外拓并横向联动的有趣场景。此区域游客穿梭于店铺的巨大屋檐和观水眺望台中间的通道,流连忘返。
The half-side street located in the middle part of the street uses a through ramp to create an interesting scene where the indoor business space is expanded and horizontally linked, while taking into account the fire passages in the scenic area. Visitors in this area shuttle through the huge roofs of the shop and the passage between the water gazebo, lingering forever.

后记 Afterword
Since the site survey in early 2017, our design has taken more than three years. Experienced during the collision and the possibility of several schemes are discussed, the owner team with our wisdom, in the mountains of looking for a more optimal solution in the drawing, the material used, visual corridor to comb, lighting effects synthetically to adjust the control, the island pipe network and so on related to unified coordination, in the process of constantly adjust proofing effect to ensure that the final rendering.
