We've restored the floors, painted ceilings, moldings and furnished it with charm and simplicity. In the kitchen it is where you find the more detailed design. Open to the living room with a magnificent celestial island and a white Silestone countertop in perfect contrast with natural oak furniture and a fun white tiles with motifs of fish. In the bathrooms we continue with the modernist aesthetic and draw mosaic floors combined with beige, hexagonal and square tiles on the walls. You will never be bored here! Another special detail are the lamps. The room is lit with sconces and an invention of a curtain rod with suspended bulbs give rhythm and joy. The result is a floor of 85m² rented twice its initial value and in only one week.

Este en cambio era una joyita destrozada con suelos modernistas y techos alto. Diseñado para alquilar, el propietario quiso darle un punto de calidad y personalidad propia. Restauramos sus suelos, pintamos techos, añadimos molduras y amueblamos con encanto y sencillez. En la cocina es donde encuentras el diseño más detallado. Abierta al salón con una magnífica isla celeste y una encimera en silestone blanca que contrastan perfecto con sus muebles en roble natural y unas divertidas baldosas blancas con motivos de peces. En los baños continuamos con la estética modernista y dibujamos mosaicos en los suelos combinados con las baldosas beige, hexagonales y cuadradas en las paredes. Para no aburrir! Otro de lo detalles son las lámparas del piso. El salón se ilumina con apliques y un invento de un cortinero con bombillas suspendidas le dan ritmo y alegría. El resultado es un piso de 85m² alquilado por el doble de su valor inicial y solo en 1 semana.
