Working with DEN Real Estate, Gensler developed a long-term development framework for a key, 60-acre site adjacent to the 61st St. and Peña light rail station in Denver. The plan focuses on balancing the near-term demand for office space with transit infrastructure, ultimately creating a neighborhood-centric place of innovation that maximizes the long-term value of the site.Gensler worked extensively to integrate the necessary infrastructure to accommodate a variety of mobility types for commuters, including shared mobility lanes, AV Flex lanes, and curbless street designs. A continuous pedestrian pathway was also integrated throughout the site to provide additional connectivity.
