保利明玥·辰章位于宁海新老城市中心更迭过渡地带，是宁海未来人口集中居住的地区之一。同时也是徐霞客游记启程地，基于此，设计时提出以其行迹为主题，以现代工艺手法重塑了宁海的人文底蕴，重现徐霞客游记园境，体验一场探索自然之旅

Poly Mingyue Chenzhang is located in the transition zone between the modern and old urban centers of Ninghai, and is one of the areas where Ninghai’s future population is concentrated. At the same time, it is also the starting point of Xu Xiake. He was one of the greatest explorers, journey writers, and geographers of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), and one of the greatest in China’s history. Based on this, the design proposed to take his deeds as the theme, reshape the cultural heritage of Ninghai with modern craftsmanship, recreate the garden of Xu Xiake’s travels, and experience a journey of exploring nature.

“凡心所向，素履所往，生如逆旅，一苇以航”是徐霞客征途的凝结，同时，也是保利集团发展中一直坚持的理念，不忘初心，坚持始终，通过高品质的住宅与物业，创造幸福空间。

独特的现场环境

第一次与它相遇，是在老城工业厂区中，独特的场地环境既是导致它其貌不扬的劣势，也是其蕴含文化底蕴的优势所在。宁海除了是徐霞客起航地外，著名的文人墨客也是不在少数，周边更有以潘天寿命名的学校，公园，广场等等。

The first encounter was the industrial area of the old city, where the special site environment was both a disadvantage that led to its needy appearance and an advantage of its cultured heritage. Additionally, to being the starting position of famous Chinese geographic Xu Xiake, Ninghai is also a famous literati and writer, such as PAN TIANSHOU COLLEGE OF ARCHIECHURE, ART AND DESIGN, one of the academic collages named by his name. He was an educator, calligrapher and painter.

With the beauty of the mountains and rivers that famous geographic traveler Xu Xiake traveled as our experience, famous painter Pan Tianshou’s paintings spread out layer by layer within our reach.

多重礼制，归家体验

unique on-site environment

设计秉承东方美学的气质和现代主义的克制原则之下，通过体块的组合，干净利落的线条，自然的意境，描绘温暖、自然的人居场景，构建出内敛充满秩序的空间

The design follows the temperament of Oriental aesthetics and the restraint principle of modernism, through the combination of volumes, smooth lines, natural artistic conception, depicting the warm, natural habitat scene, a space filled with order is constructed.

水丨两石斜合，水碎迸石间，汇转入潭

TWO STONES MEETS OBLIQUELY, WATER BREAKS AMONG THE STONES AND MERGES INTO THE POOL

是水，是山，是时间的诉说者至远，映入眼帘便是这番景致，两侧错落有致的墙，归家仪式感油然而生。同时，不远处景墙更是这番画面的点睛之笔，极简设计与入口景墙形成强烈对比，繁简搭配，更有一股极致的韵味。而后，伫于其间，营造一种山在此间，却不见山的神秘感。

At the same time, the scenic wall not far away is the accomplishtouch of this picture, and the minimalist design contrasts strongly with the entrance wall, and the combination of tradition and simple has an ultimate charm. After wards, in the centreof it, create a mysterious sense of mountains here, but no mountains.

自然的文化石与人工极致搭配的花境在这里相融相生，原始与精致的碰撞，激发出感官的本能与空间共存，完成第一感觉的精彩开场

自外辗转入内，入口设计师考虑空间尺度后，决定展示界面采用半封闭围合方式，去大门化设计处理，适度露出建筑主体，给行人制造一种强烈的反差感。虚实掩映，无界内外空间，使空间尺度更适合人体感官。

After considering the spatial scale, the entrance designer decided to adopt a semi-closed enclosure method for the display interface, remove the gate design, and appropriately expose the main body of the building, creating a strong sense of contrast for pedestrians. The virtual and the real are concealed, and the unbounded inner and outer space makes the spatial scale more suitable for the human senses.

▽巧妙的高差，引步向前，拾阶而上

Clever height difference, lead forward, step up

而近，若隐若现的苍翠郁林掩映于景墙后，生出犹抱琵芭半遮面的虚实之境。而其借鉴著名画家潘天寿的《雨后千山铁铸成》为形，船舶式的花池立于水面徐徐荡漾，绿植与其交相辉映，是在诉说它的启航，也是在相迎我们的归程。

Nearby, the looming green forest is hidden behind the scenic wall, giving birth to a realm of reality that her face half hidden behind the plucked string instrument with a fretted fingerboard in her arm. Drawing on the famous painter Pan Tianshou’s "Iron Casting of a Thousand Mountains After the Rain", the ship-like flower pond stands on the surface of the water and slowly ripples, and the green plants intersect with it, which is telling its departure and welcoming us on the return journey.

STREAM BACK TO THE MOUNTAIN, WOOD AND STONE FOREST LI, A TURN A MIRACLE, BUT YOU MEET EXPECTATIONS

谧林，生机与自然的悄然生起之地

绕过景墙，继续向里探索，葱郁的花境营造出精致一隅，绿叶花簇令心情变得温柔细腻。自著名画家潘天寿的《闲向阶前啄绿苔》中获得灵感，打造这林下自然之境，精致而生动。让时间在这里慢下来、静下来，把所有的喧嚣抛在脑后，使人沉浸在这繁华与静谧交融的氛围之中。

Tranquil, a place where life and nature quietly arise.

Bypassing the scenic wall and continuing to explore inward, the lush flower landscape creates a delicate corner, and the green leafy flower clusters make the mood gentle and delicate. Inspired by the famous painter Pan Tianshou’s "Pecking Green Moss in front of the Idle Steps", it creates this natural place under the forest, exquisite and vivid. Let time slow down and calm down here, leave all the hustle and bustle behind, and immerse characters in this atmosphere of prosperity and quiet.

瀑丨仰视石梁飞瀑，忽在天极。闻断桥，珠帘尤胜

LOOKING UP AT SHILIANG WATERFALL, SUDDENLY IN THE SKY POLE. SMELL BROKEN BRIDGE, BEAD CURTAIN ESPECIALLY WINS

镜水，峡谷，先闻声而后见瀑穿过小桥，忽闻水声，伫立仰观。近处水帘潺潺，内置特制云雕塑，宛若银河天上来营造朦胧之美，为沉静的空间注入灵动。模糊了建筑和景观的界筑、无界室内外空间，以现代艺术塑造自然峡谷的景观美学

探寻，方寸天地的一场绿野寻踪之旅

坐于一隅，透过玻璃静观眼前这一方庭，以潘天寿名画《蜻蜓荷石图》为主题。通过大小不同的龟甲冬青球与片石铺装为访客提供一种流动的内庭景观观感，植物枝干肆意舒展，光影流动下，小小的空间整体也生动起来

Exploration, a journey of green wilderness

Sitting in a angle, contemplating the square court in front of you through the glass, with the theme of Pan Tianshou’s famous painting "Dragonfly Lotus Stone Diagram". Through tortoiseshell holly balls of different sizes and stone paving, visitors are provided with a flowing inside courtyard landscape appearance, plant branches stretched wantonly, light and shadow flow, and the small space as a entire comes alive.
