设计亮点

以生态质朴的设计理念，重塑农田肌理，同时融入现代生活场景，实现城乡双向流动。

项目位于邛崃近郊的花果山片区渔村，场地与南河、白鹤山森林景区自然接壤，背倚群山，还可以直接远眺神秘的川西雪山。场地资源是独特的，千里山林与丘田在演变历程中相互交织，用最繁茂的生长展现着它的自然魅力。随着邛崃城乡共兴战略的推进，渔村开始迎来到新的建设变迁，将打造成一处农商文旅体养融合的新型田园综合体。整个项目面积约1600亩，本次呈现约300亩，相对于传统的休闲目的地，我们尝试在庇护场地自我情绪的基础上，盘活闲置土地，搭建出恰当的媒介基底，以一种新的田园生活模式展开城乡间的双向流动。

The project is located in the fishing village of Huaguoshan in the outskirts of Qionglai, where the site naturally borders the Nan River and the Baihe Mountain Forest Scenic Area, with a backdrop of surrounding mountains and a direct view of the mysterious snow-capped mountains in western Sichuan. The site’s resources are unique, as the vast mountains and fields intertwine in their evolutionary process, showcasing their natural charm through the lushest growth.

With the advancement of the Qionglai urban-rural co-development strategy, the fishing village is undergoing new construction and transformation, aiming to create a new type of pastoral complex integrating agriculture, commerce, culture, tourism, and health. The entire project covers an area of approximately 1600 acres, with about 300 acres presented in this phase.

In contrast to traditional leisure destinations, we are attempting to revitalize unused land and establish a suitable media base on the foundation of the sheltered site’s emotional context. This is done to unfold a bidirectional flow between urban and rural areas, presenting a new pastoral lifestyle model.

一场与田园的对话 A Dialogue with the Countryside

初入场地，错落梯田、斑驳树林、连绵远山交相呼应，川西林盘的缩影映入眼帘。场地内部被村道划分为三片气质不同的田园：自然错落的林盘、纷繁杂乱的耕地、密林围合的茶田，每一片田都有自己的场景与情绪表达，穿插着时空记忆的人文痕迹。

但同时，它也是脆弱的。因前期建设有农家乐和蔬菜大棚，部分闲置的土地逐渐成为附近工地的停车场，致使农田肌理被破坏，原有灌渠水系没有形成完整网络，丢失了部分田园该有的基本功能。

Upon entering the site, terraced fields are arranged in a scattered pattern, interspersed with mottled woodlands and distant mountains creating a harmonious interplay, resembling a miniature version of the forested landscapes in western Sichuan. The interior of the site is divided by village roads into three distinct pastoral areas: the naturally arranged wooded terraces, the intricately cultivated farmland, and the tea fields enclosed by dense forests. Each field has its own unique scenery and emotional expression, weaving together human traces of memories across time and space.

But at the same time, it is also fragile. Due to the earlier development of rural tourism and vegetable greenhouses, some idle land has gradually turned into Parking lots for nearby construction sites. This has led to the disruption of the agricultural landscape, with the original irrigation channel system failing to form a complete network, resulting in the loss of essential functions that the countryside should have had.

丘山下的田园

The Countryside Below the Hills

设计秉持着生态质朴的调性，优化重塑农田基底，将田、路、渠有机融合，模糊边界感，增设田间平台及休闲节点，以吸纳村民、游人进入使用，传递一种开放、自由的田园理念——想去即达。

The design adheres to an ecological and simple tone, optimizing and reshaping the agricultural foundation. It seamlessly integrates fields, pathways, and channels, blurring the boundaries, and introduces field platforms and leisure nodes to absorb villagers and visitors, conveying an open and free pastoral concept—accessible at will.

我们尽可能多的保留西侧肌理较为完整的田形，重塑其余被破坏的田园肌理。虽是重塑，却依循原生态田园肌理及现状高差，不追求过度造型，保留田园本味的同时也减少开挖工程量，最终形成大小不一、边界自然、高低错落的块状田形结构，看似无章的形态却诠释着自然的章法。

We have preserved the relatively intact field patterns on the west side as much as possible while reshaping the damaged pastoral textures in the rest. Despite the reshaping, we adhere to the original ecological pastoral textures and the existing elevation differences, avoiding excessive stylization. This approach preserves the authentic rural essence and minimizes excavation, resulting in a varied, naturally bordered, and staggered block-like field structure. The seemingly unordered form, however, interprets the natural order.

田间的现状林地、乔木也悉数保留了下来，与恢复的农田相得益彰，共同还原了乡野的本真风貌。田间增加卵石砌筑的水渠形成水网，串联起场地的生态水系统，完善了田园的基本功能，也成为孩子们的戏水场所。

The existing woodland and trees in the fields have all been preserved, complementing the restored farmland and collectively restoring the authentic rural landscape. Stone-paved water channels have been introduced in the fields to create a network of water, connecting the ecological water system of the site. This enhancement not only improves the fundamental functions of the countryside but also provides a playful water area for children.

重塑后的农田宛若新生，传达出自然的浑然之美，作为一个生态载体，它重新担负起了生产使命，成了返聘村民新的劳作场所，成了周边居民散步遛弯儿、游人休憩观赏的新去处，也成了白鹭新的栖息地。

The reshaped farmland appears rejuvenated, exuding a natural and harmonious beauty. Serving as an ecological platform, it has taken on a renewed role in production, providing a new workplace for reemployed villagers. Additionally, it has become a new destination for nearby residents to stroll and relax, and for visitors to admire. It has also transformed into a fresh habitat for egrets.

一座山花烂漫的入口

A Mountainous Entrance of Blossoming Flowers

崇尚自然，是我们的天性使然，自然朴实的田园生活美学表达、构建乡野气质的田园空间，一切都是基于场地原始资源而开展。叠石层峦，花镶其间，杉林密布，乐梵园艺于此设计营造岩石花境，展开一座山花烂漫的自然画卷。虽石不言，花不语，确已诉尽我们对这片土地最好的诠释。

Adhering to our inherent nature of cherishing nature, the expression of a natural and simple rural lifestyle aesthetic, the construction of a pastoral space with rustic charm—all is based on the original resources of the site. Layers of stacked stones, adorned with flowers, dense cedar forests—Le Fan Horticulture designs a rock-flowered landscape, unveiling a natural scene of flowers in full bloom on the mountainside. Though stones don’t speak and flowers don’t utter a word, they eloquently convey our best interpretation of this land.

一路上，乐梵园艺模拟自然花卉在田间地头、林下边缘的生长状态，以长效的野趣花境妆点田野，渗透休闲轻松的生活方式。

Throughout the journey, Le Fan Horticulture simulates the natural growth of flowers in the fields and along the edges of the woods, adorning the countryside with long-lasting and charming floral landscapes, permeating a leisurely and relaxed lifestyle.

田间闲适leisure in the field

辽阔田地间，一方平台天地不大，刚好装下一群好友的今生往事，设计的初衷就是给人提供一处感知四季、畅聊人生、把话家常、记录田间故事的发生地。

Amidst the vast fields, there lies a modest platform, just large enough to accommodate the shared memories of a group of friends. The original intention of this design is to offer a place for people to perceive the changing seasons, engage in life discussions, have casual conversations, and serve as a recording ground for the stories unfolding in the fields.

田间架起的一座课堂廊架，采用当地邛竹作为主要材料，通透的立面将田园风光自然地收入庭内，造型选用可活动的屏风，可以随着使用场景而变化。

A classroom gallery erected in the fields, constructed primarily using local bamboo, with transparent facades seamlessly integrating the pastoral scenery into the courtyard. The design incorporates movable screens whose form can adapt to various usage scenarios.

从宏观角度看，大片田园形态已经成熟，村民、游人已陆续进入游览，但还需要一些活力中心承载生活的功能。于是，我们在保留的诸多原始树林间，开始尝试新的活力载体。

From a macro perspective, the extensive rural landscape has matured, with villagers and visitors gradually entering for sightseeing. However, there is still a need for vitality centers to support various life functions. Therefore, among the many preserved original forests, we have begun to experiment with new sources of vitality.

林中的烟火气 the woodland smokiness

我们将原本密杂的苗圃抽稀重构，蝶变为充满川西林盘烟火气的公共场所，把真正的田园生活还给村民，让这里的情绪沁入人心。

We transformed the originally dense and tangled nursery into a public space imbued with the smokiness of the Western Sichuan forest. Returning genuine rural life to the villagers, allowing the emotions of this place to seep into the hearts of all.

桢楠树下的故事

Stories Under the Phoebe Tree

在勘察现场的过程中，我们偶然发现一处院子前屹立着三棵40多年树龄的桢楠，与村落共生，见证时间变迁，就像守护者一样默默讲述村落的故事，于是，树不能动，成了我们共同的坚持。

During the site survey, we stumbled upon a courtyard where three Phoebe trees, over 40 years old, stood tall. Coexisting with the village, they bore witness to the passage of time, silently narrating the village’s story like guardians. The trees, unable to move, became our shared commitment.

因为数棵林木，咖啡厅的整体打造变得缓慢了很多。我们保持着对场地的敬畏感，依托原始的田、宅、林三层台地空间关系进行布局设计，让这里成为一处可以看田看树的理想场所。

Due to the presence of several trees, the overall construction of the coffee shop progressed slowly. We maintained a sense of reverence for the site, relying on the original spatial relationships of fields, houses, and woods on the three-tiered terrace to layout the design. This made it an ideal place to enjoy the view of fields and trees.

前场以纯粹的农田为基底，设置转折的路径游走于田间，加强了与田的连接。同时，架空的栈道减少了对田的破坏，也为田间增添了一些精致感。门口3株数十年的原生老桢楠，嵌于木平台间，自然生成了舒适休闲的纳凉空间，延续着场地记忆。

The front area, built on the foundation of pure farmland, features meandering paths through the fields, strengthening the connection with the land. At the same time, the elevated walkway minimizes damage to the fields and adds a touch of sophistication. At the entrance, three decades-old native Phoebe trees are integrated into wooden platforms, naturally creating a comfortable and leisurely shaded space, continuing the memory of the site.

后场借由场地高差形成错落的两层休闲平台，8株原生树及1丛竹子嵌于其间，与外围原生林共同营造出一处安静、清幽的林中闲坐之所。高差较大处与当地村民一起堆砌毛石墙进行加固，保留乡村肌理的重要痕迹。

In the rear area, the varying elevations form two staggered leisure platforms, with eight native trees and a cluster of bamboo interspersed. Together with the surrounding native forest, they create a quiet and serene place to sit amid the woods. In areas with significant elevation differences, we collaborated with local villagers to build dry-stacked stone walls, preserving important traces of rural texture.

乡野材料的选用是细节刻画的主旋律，我们邀请本土工匠一起构筑我们心里的乡野。道路铺设也不拘泥于传统的硬化办法，而是采用固化土壤的新工艺来打造主环路，以土代石，更能表达乡野的原生状态。

The use of rural materials is the main theme of detailed portrayal, inviting local craftsmen to build the countryside in our hearts. The road construction does not adhere to traditional hardening methods; instead, a new technique of solidifying soil is employed to create the main circular road, using earth instead of stone to better express the primitive state of the countryside.

田园中的生活

"Life in the Countryside"

"田园"是特色，而传统农耕已经无法突破乡村困局。为了盘活处于"休眠"状态的乡野，我们开始着力于挖掘更多田园属性，嵌入更多高频的生活场景，人们选择离开城市来到这里，不会脱离烟火，反而能体验到更多烟火气和人情味。

In the newly opened countryside, we set up an interesting station connecting the past and present, operating a small train shuttle. As the train travels through rice fields, forests, and vegetable areas, passing through a time-space tunnel formed by wisteria flowers, it not only provides consumers with a complete sequential experience but also transforms the value of the land, becoming a microcosm of this integrated agricultural and tourism practice.

村落漫游

Countryside Train Stations

新开放的田园里，搭起一座连接过去与现在的趣味驿站，开设小火车摆渡。当小火车驶入稻田、树林、蔬果区，再穿过紫藤花形成的时空隧道，不仅为消费者提供了一个完整的序列体验，也实现了土地价值的转换，成为本次农旅融合实践的一个缩影。

With scenic views throughout the seasons, breaking the shackles of traditional agriculture, connecting to the slow life of the countryside, local residents naturally gather to enjoy the pastoral scenery of the cultural village.

四季有景，打破传统农业的桎梏，接驳了田园慢生活，周边居民就自然地聚集起来，开始享受文化村的田园风光。

体验生长Experience Growth场地恰如其分的功能性能够为生活增加更多趣味，村落里开设了共享农庄、崃一亩菜地作为体验基地，前期由村民栽种，通过开放承租的形式将闲置资源转变为资本，让都市人也可以做一回农场主，在往复、来回中回归精神原乡。

The appropriately functional site adds more fun to life. In the village, we have established a shared farm and a one-acre vegetable garden as experiential bases. Initially planted by villagers, we transformed idle resources into capital through open leasing, allowing urbanites to experience being a farmer and reconnect with their spiritual hometown through cycles and returns.

根据四时节令，村落还会定期举办农田插秧/丰收、稻田抓鱼等农事体验，将自然研学、亲子互动、农学教育就投射到当下进行。

According to the seasons, the village regularly holds farming experiences such as transplanting/seeding and harvesting, rice field fishing, projecting natural study, parent-child interaction, and agricultural education into the present.

田园集市 Pastoral Market

自由的公共场所，构成了生活本身。紧密围合城乡的融合对接，我们从不同路径切入生活共创，开设艺术展、集市、演艺舞台、疗愈体验等活动，不仅让本地生活场景更加艺术化，也逐渐建立起新老村民间的认同感和归属感，发生新的故事。

Free public spaces constitute life itself. Integrating urban and rural fusion closely, we engage in life co-creation through different paths, organizing activities such as art exhibitions, markets, performance stages, and healing experiences. This not only makes local life scenes more artistic but also gradually establishes a sense of identity and belonging among old and new villagers, creating new stories.

城乡新篇章

New Chapter of Urban-Rural Integration

霍华德在《明日的田园城市》中提出：“乡村与城市已经是一个完全的整体，通过城乡重构，将生态、人文、经济、政治等结合，新地建新城，引领城市发展走向未来”。

在城乡融合发展的背景下，像渔村这样的乡野迭代是普遍的，但它又是唯一的。我们通过田里归源，田间叠新的探索模式，让丘山阅文化村的未来不是修旧如旧的追溯，而是叠加了现代及未来的生活情感需求，能够在不同时空下持续上演生生不息，属于这里的故事，才刚刚开始。

Howard proposed in “Tomorrow’s Countryside” that “villages and cities are already a complete whole. Through the reconstruction of urban and rural areas, combining ecology, culture, economy, and politics, building new cities on new land, leading urban development towards the future.”In the context of integrated urban-rural development, the iteration of rural areas like Qiu Shan Yue Culture Village is common but unique. Through a return to the fields and the exploration of a new mode of countryside stacking, the future of Qiu Shan Yue Culture Village is not a tracing of the past, but a superimposition of modern and future emotional needs, continuously performing vitality across different times and spaces. The stories belonging to this place are just beginning.

在未来的生活区里，这里还会不断融入新的内容，营造起一片野奢农田、三大主题林盘、四大休闲果园、四大活力山林、七大文化乡创空间，把新的田园生活带到都市人的生活半径中，让乡村拥有长久生命力的内核，内生外引，实现城乡之间的双向流动。

In the future living area, new content will continue to be integrated, creating a wild luxury farmland, three major theme forest areas, four major leisure orchards, four major dynamic mountain forests, and seven major cultural village creation spaces. This will bring new pastoral life to the daily lives of urbanites, allowing the countryside to have a core of enduring vitality, internal generation, and external attraction, realizing bidirectional flow between urban and rural areas.
