The house has two floors plus an underground garage. Its double north and south facade allows natural light to penetrate all the rooms in a fluid manner, also allowing for cross ventilation, with the consequent energy savings.

On the first floor we find the day area, where there is a living-dining room with access to a terrace, a toilet and a large kitchen with access to an outside patio-terrace. The light tones and softness of the textures that predominate in the sofa, curtains and carpet contrast with the more casual curved lines of different pieces carefully selected in the living area. 

In front of the sofa, a multi-purpose white coffee table has been set up, whose three curved support points give the whole a light appearance. Two touches of yellow light up this harmonious living room: on the one hand, the yellow upholstery of the interior of the Nube armchair (Stua), also curved; on the other hand, a yellow hanging lamp, whose simple, interlocking design arouses the least curiosity. The elliptical lines of the H shelf, an exclusive design by Alex March himself for Séptima Design, are in keeping with this aesthetic that loves curved lines.

The unpolluted white of the walls in the dining area brings out the earthy tones of the furniture. The large wooden dining table is rectangular, with white metallic legs, the chairs are in natural teak, the two large hanging lamps are in natural bamboo. The set rests on a large mustard-coloured carpet.

The different decorative objects, vases, sculptures and paintings, of French, Swedish or German design from the 50's, 60's and 80's are mixed with other current pieces. The large framed photographs are originals by photographer Teo Astolfi.

The white radiators are retro style, white iron and with legs. In an exercise to provide the cleanest possible space, the air conditioners are hidden behind white custom-made slatted drawers.

In the kitchen, the sensation of spaciousness has been optimised by arranging the white L-shaped furniture at the bottom of the two exposed brick walls. The door is a sliding black iron and reinforced glass.

The patio-terrace opens up as a relaxation and leisure area. The green flooring emulates nature and together with the white stucco walls and planters, it responds to the customs of Mediterranean life, where every ray of sunshine is welcome. The outdoor furniture is made of bamboo by designer Paul Frankl, with dark-coloured upholstery with plant motifs. A white shading net shields the sunlight.

The minimalist style is marked by the visual lightness of the staircase, here the floor is made of microcement in grey, giving continuity to the entire space, the black handrail hides a strip of LED for indirect lighting. The set is completed with the verticality of a separator formed from black metallic rods, to which discreet shelves have been added.  

In the night area, located on the upper floor of the house, the rooms follow a minimalist interior design trend. The furniture has been made to measure, using fine oak woods and iconic designer pieces have been chosen. In the main room, sliding doors made of rectangular tubular profile and metal plates painted in white make way for a large dressing room designed to measure.
