Reception

前厅，考虑到接待兼收纳的需求，茶水区与储藏间完美结合.温润的木饰面在灯光的烘托下,让整个空间多了一丝腔调...

In the front hall, considering the needs of reception and storage, the tea area is perfectly combined with the storage room. The warm wooden finish, set off by the light, gives the whole space a little more tune.

玄关处LED屏的运用,既展示了公司文化,又弥补了入户的光线不足.

The application of LED screen in the entrance not only shows the company culture, but also makes up for the lack of light in the entrance entrance.

Conference room & Negotiation room

洽谈区由两套原木桌椅营造温暖放松的洽谈氛围，鹅黄色吊灯点缀其中。两张桌子拼在一起，也可以作为小型会议室来使用。

The negotiation area is composed of two sets of log tables and chairs to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere for negotiation, and the goose yellow chandelier is decorated with them. The two tables are assembled together and can also be used as a small conference room.

Light industry creates a simple and relaxed office atmosphere. A few rays of sunshine pass through the louver gap, warm and comfortable.

椭圆形发光膜吊顶的设计，与深色办公方桌相呼应，在这个弧度空间中很好的将客户对于“天圆地方”的设计要求作出呈现。

The design of oval luminous film ceiling echoes with the dark square desk, and presents the design requirements of customers for "round sky and place" in this arc space.

水吧区整体橱柜的设计，很好的将冰箱、酒柜、消毒纳入其中，满足客户的基本需求。

The overall cabinet design of the water bar area well integrates the refrigerator, wine cabinet and disinfection to meet the basic needs of customers.

一隅角落，办公之余，好不惬意！

Design  Drawing

本案例原户型比较方正,各功能区围绕电梯及前厅呈环形动态分布。项目性质为女装原创品牌,包含品牌部、营销部、供应链、设计部、打板间、整货厅、人事部、审计部、财务部等多个功能区.团队中的设计部和营销部由两位总裁分别带领，为了方便工作，安排在两位总裁办的就近办公区域。总助工位可安排在总裁办门口，方便工作，且可作办公室的入户玄关。 供应链、人事部及对外的部门，可置于入户近些。由于审计对财务有监察职责，同时又需要保持良性沟通，因此两个部门由两位总裁各自管理。设计部要有衣架及可推行的空间，考虑到对动线和采光的需求，因此办公面积相对大一些，采光也会相对充足些。虽然在设计之前，我们对每个部门都了解参观过，由于部门及人数偏多且工作内容与需求都不同，所以在设计构思上我们还是花了比较多的时间去钻研，最终确定了这个平面。

The original house type of this case is relatively square, and each functional area is dynamically distributed in a ring around the elevator and lobby. The nature of the project is an original brand of women's wear, including multiple functional areas such as brand department, marketing department, supply chain, design department, punching room, whole goods office, personnel department, audit department and finance department. The design department and marketing department in the team are led by two presidents respectively. In order to facilitate their work, they are arranged in the nearest office area of the two presidents' offices. The general assistant station can be arranged at the door of the president's office, which is convenient for work and can be used as the entrance of the office. Supply chain, personnel department and external departments can be placed closer to the home. As the audit has the responsibility of supervising the finance and needs to maintain good communication, the two departments are managed by two presidents respectively. The design department should have clothes hangers and space that can be implemented. Considering the demand for moving lines and daylighting, the office area is relatively large and the daylighting will be relatively sufficient. Although we had known and visited each department before the design, due to the large number of departments and people and different work contents and needs, we still spent more time on the design concept and finally determined the plane.
