DEGW France and QIVY (VINCI Energies) have created a sense of space for technology company, ConsenSys, located in Paris, France.
ConsenSys is a blockchain software technology start-up based in Paris. Its workplace has been designed and built by QIVY (business of VINCI Energies).
Located in a former butcher shop, in the 1st district of Paris just next to the “Châtelet” area, ConsenSys is a 1200 square meter space with 100 places dedicated to start-ups.
In order to remain consistent with the existing structure, the architecture had to be simple. The apparent breeze has been painted black and the furniture chosen graphic and dark.
The underground has been rebuilt to create meeting rooms, conviviality spaces and services such as a kitchen and showers.
To comply with the regulatory, a mechanical ventilation has been settled along with fresh cooling. A technical area has also been added in the basement with two air handling units.
