ADP-architects designed an open office concept for conglomerate giant, 3M, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Client requirements are to create a creative work space, expressing core values of company, while helping employees to get work-life balance. To deal with it, ADP offered the concepts of “3M Campus” to bringing in a staff-centered inspiring work space.

The representation of a university campus in a good attachment with typical belongings like benches, green grass, etc. Makes “3M Campus” an authentic cutting-edge work space that soundly meets the working and relaxing needs of employees. The outdoor space is a clear-cut highlight that presents a harmonized involvement of materials and decorative patterns. A fascinating mix of wood and cement materials and green dots around the office gives 3M work space a look of airy and fresh miniature outdoor campus. The typical arrangements of outdoor campus are also employed, such as the brainstorming place featuring swing chairs, rock-shaped seats, green carpet. For an optimized work performance, 3M Campus is fully open designed with the non-partitioned tables, which promotes interaction and communication among employees.

Moreover, 3M Campus – workplace is equipped with recreational spaces for reading books, exercise, tabletop football, dining, etc., where employees can relax and refresh their working-living balance. ADP pays a keen attention to brand elements in the 3M office design. A large 3D logo on the green pedestal is the heart of the lobby, while the “Triangle it” wall stands out at the reception as a contemporary figure of a global brand of 3M.

3M office design is one of successful projects that won ADP-architects praises of customers. The one-of-a-kind “3M Campus” concept provides employees a creative inspiring work space that enables work-life balance inspiration.
