Fountainview at Gonda Westside is designed to be a luxury retirement community for active, independent living. Gensler conceived a design that encourages interaction between the residents of Fountainview and the local community, and connects to the urban lifestyle Playa Vista offers, with walking paths and easy access to restaurants, retail, and recreational venues. The community will have 175 independent living residences, 24 assisted living and memory care apartments and a nursing facility within close proximity. It also provides residents a range of amenities – including a fitness center, restaurants, a rooftop pool and spa, and a host of educational programs. The Fountainview residences offer ample daylight, natural ventilation, and a strong connection with the outdoors; they are also equipped with an infrastructure enabling maximum use of virtual healthcare resources.
