Ayers Saint Gross completed the Innovation District Master Plan as well as the first two phases. The first phase is Point225 – an innovation center that houses Brown University’s School of Professional Studies; Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) – a company that provides incubator space for start-ups, entrepreneurs, and innovators; and Johnson & Johnson, among others. Together, these anchor tenants foster innovation that act as a catalyst for research and development. The building includes District Hall, which is a flexible, public gathering spot with meeting rooms and dining to encourage collaboration.
