Svoyo Mneniye品牌工作室是专门从事包装设计的小型公司。尽管公司规模不大，不过却有很多知名的客户。该公司想要创造一个不同寻常的创意空间，布置许多展会样板的空间。因此办公室十分小，只有450平方米，然而前提就是要有很多有趣的特征：一旦一家公司入驻，就会有高的天花板、砖墙以及大的窗户。因为客户想要比较有创意的氛围，因此在这样预算紧张的情况下，还出现了许多有趣的解决方案：比如，为了创造更加大的空间，二楼只建了一个部分。二楼有服务器的会议室、总经理的办公室和小型的运动大厅。大多数的墙都很干净，并且是防水砖。一间会议室布置了长绒毛的地毯，基本所有的大型家具都是za bor architects设计的以及当地制造的。特别是专门定制的吧台还能作为接待室，也就是秘书的工作空间。还有木质桌面和放花的夹板作为样板。工作椅的样板是赫曼米勒的SAYL椅，会议室和吧台区则使用的是Pedralli和Arper椅子。最后，办公室充分展现了不合乎标准的方案，与一般的简洁的办公室风格完全不同，因此很有可能最后的经费会大大减少。

Svoyo Mneniye brand agency is a small highly specialized agency engaged mainly in package designing. Despite the modest company size its portfolio has a lot of world famous clients. The agency had a wish to obtain an «unusual and creative space», separately discussed were areas for placement of a large number of exhibition samples. Thus the office room size was quite small — only 450 sq.m., however the premises had many interesting features: once there was a plant located in this building so it had very high ceilings, brick walls and huge window apertures.

Since the client wanted to have creative atmosphere, thus having quite tangible budget restrictions, in the course of the project development a lot of interesting solutions were demonstrated: for example to create a larger space the second level was partially built (lifted on metal beams and supports), on which a server-based meeting room, the chief manager’s office and a small sports hall was located; most walls were cleaned and covered with water repellent for bricks; one of the meeting-rooms was covered with long-napped carpet; almost all large-size furniture was designed by za bor architects and manufactured locally.

In particular there was designed a still «bar counter» which also serves as a reception — workplace of the secretary, as well as wooden desktops, plywood flower holders and cases for samples. Working chair model is SAYL by Herman Miller, in the meeting zone and bar zone Pedralli and Arper chairs are used. As a result the office demonstrates plenty of non-standard solutions and strongly differs from usual laconic office style, and thus it was possible to have the final cost of the project considerably reduced.
