This apartment is situated in city center and having a large park very close makes it a great place for family with small children. Apartment had originally 3 rooms and large hall that cut a lot of space from the rest of usefull area.

Flat has just 85 sq. m. which is just enough for 4 rooms disposition. We demolished all walls and rebuilt them in desired positions. Thanks to this possibility we could design the precize size of every room for comfort living.

Appartment uses 2 basic materials - white plaster and oak wood. We focused on sufficient storage places which are presented by built-in wardrobes with plain surfaces.

Communication and movement in this flat is based around the central "oak stem". This stem contains part of the kitchen, supporting column and partly built-in wardrobe. Thanks to this design are all rooms easily accessible and movement for adults is clear and for kids makes fun running in circles.
