SCROLL DOWN FOR ENGLISH
华润档案馆坐落于距离深圳约二小时车程的小径湾，是财富全球500强之一的华润集团首个现代化且完整的档案馆，收藏逾1000万珍贵的历史文件与文物。协调亚洲受邀为华润档案馆策划并设计了一场以 “润物耕心”为主题的展览，高效组织了从内容策划、概念与深化设计到施工监理的全面服务。该展览融合了多样化的文献展示方式和多媒体装置互动，在三层楼1162平米的空间内娓娓道来一家备受崇敬的中国企业八十年风云激荡的历史与传承。

华润集团前身“联和行”于1938年创立于香港，集团自2017年便跃居财富全球500强第86位，旗下有实体企业1987家，在职员工42万人。集团主营业务涉及大消费、电力、地产、水泥、燃气、大健康、金融等。华润集团多元化的事业版图拥有坚强的实业基础和市场竞争力，并长期在各个产业领域内担任领导者角色。本次展览占据这座现代化的档案馆近三层楼，共计1162平米的展示空间，包含主题展览、特藏室和多媒体放映厅。从1000余万件档案中精挑细选出的约500件历史文献和珍贵藏品，串联起集团80年发展之路上的每一座里程碑。

华润档案馆主展览依循时间线索呈现80年来华润集团的发展历程与成就，主展览回顾华润集团在战争时代的创业维艰与家国情怀，以及与时俱进演变成现代化企业龙头的历程。展览不仅聚焦于华润在商业世界中取得的斐然成就，更通过展示集团长期实践的各项慈善与帮扶项目，体现其作为企业公民所尽的社会责任。

Unit 3: Built to Last
协调亚洲团队从项目伊始参与直至完工，与客户一同梳理并策划完整而繁复的内容，进行概念与深化设计，并在施工阶段进行监理。华润档案馆整体展示设计与由屡获殊荣的纽约建筑事务所Link-Arc所设计的建筑完美地融合，具现代感的建筑设计语言烘托资讯丰富的展览与雅致的空间氛围，共同呈现一个具有文化高度的空间。展示设计以多样而丰富的手法呈现以历史文档为主的展品，在空间中利用材质的过渡——由粗糙水泥至暖调木头搭配金属细节，巧妙呈现华润集团在不同历史时期与发展阶段的转变，幽暗至明亮的照明变化在不同空间中营造出与故事线相互呼应的独特氛围，展示设计中确保空间中每一处细节的设计都言之有物。

协调亚洲致力于创造一个平台，让观众参与意义深重的物件和故事之间的辨证与对话。协调亚洲相信见证历史的实体文物拥有无法取代的分量，因此我们投注心力于设计不同的文件展示方式，并将大量文件中的信息转化成实体展品。华润档案馆将不仅是回忆过去的所在，更是开启未来的原点。

Two hours away from Shenzhen, the first modern and complete archives of China Resources Group, one of Fortune Global 500 enterprises, sits on the hillside facing Xiaojing Bay. The archive is dedicated to shelter over 10 million precious documents and artefacts. Coordination Asia was contracted to develop content, concept and detailed design, then oversee the construction of an exhibition with the theme “Enriching Lives, Nurturing Dreams” to present the legacy of the company. The exhibition covers 1162 sqm and extend across 3 floors. Combining diverse display of documents and multimedia installations, the exhibition unfolds 80 years of stories of one of most esteemed companies in China.

China Resources Group (CR) first established as “Liow & Co.” in Hong Kong in 1938. Ranked 86 since 2017 on Fortune Global 500, China Resources Group owns 1987 business entities with more than 420,000 employees. The Group’s core businesses include consumer products, power, real estate, cement, gas, pharmaceuticals and finance. CR’s diversified businesses are built on a solid industrial foundation and market competitiveness, and have been taking the leading roles within their fields. The main exhibition along with special collection and a theater cover 1162 sqm and extend across 3 floors. Around 500 exhibits were carefully selected from over 10 million items at the archives to mark every milestone in the history.
The main exhibition presents a chronological collection that demonstrates the company’s development and achievement in 8 decades. The main exhibition traces back to the company’s humble yet patriotic beginning at wartime to the complete transformation into a modern conglomerate. Instead of only concentrating on its achievements in the business world, the exhibition also demonstrates the social responsibilities, including the charities and projects initiated by CR group to solve poverty in the country.
Coordination Asia was involved in this project from the very beginning to its completion. The team has developed extensive contents with the client, carried out concept and detailed design as well as supervised the construction. The overall exhibition design goes hand in hand with the architecture designed by an award-winning New York based architecture practice – Link-Arc. The modern design language of the architecture compliments the elegance of the informative and sophisticated exhibition, resulting in a highly cultural space. Diverse display methods, including multimedia and interactive installations, are applied to present the impressive collection of historical documents, which accounts for the majority of the exhibits. The transition of materials from layers of rough-surfaced concrete to warm tone wood with delicate metal details represents the company’s transformation in history. The gradual shift of lighting from dark to bright brings out distinctive atmospheres in different spaces to match the narrative. The exhibition design makes sure that each and every detail in the space is designed to communicate the messages of the exhibition.
Coordination Asia is committed to create a platform to engage visitors in a discourse between meaningful objects and the stories. Coordination Asia believes that the physical exhibits that bear witness to the history hold much more weight than anything. Hence, we investigated and designed different ways to display documents and translating the enormous archive of information into tangible exhibits.
China Resources Archives is not only a place to remember the past, but also to inspire a greater future together.
