People's yearning for a better life is the goal of struggle

（一）仁和社区

这是一个位于宜宾市翠屏区人民公园内历史悠久的两层楼独栋建筑。在改造之前这里是周边老年人喝茶的聚集之处，也是小朋友学毛笔、围棋的文学空间。受委托方的要求，我们设计公司需要把他改造成服务中心（为周边群众提供便民服务）。空间的凌乱、建筑的破损、室内漏水、漏雨的现象……

让我们思考怎么去改造？

This is a two-story single family building with a long history in the people's Park of Cuiping District, Yibin City. Before the transformation, it was the gathering place for the elderly to drink tea around, and also the literary space for children to learn brush and go. As required by the client, our design company needs to transform him into a service center (providing convenience services for the surrounding people). Disordered space, damage of buildings, indoor water leakage and rain leakage

1、服务中心是面向社区广大群众服务。

2、以集约化的形式，整合基层所有资源，摘掉各部门行业各自一套的设点设站，摘掉挂在村、社区门口的各类杂乱牌匾，着力戒除形式主义，面向群众整合打造最贴近群众的服务站点，服务中心成为群众想来、爱来、盼来、还来的活动阵地。

In the form of intensification, we should integrate all resources at the grass-roots level, remove all kinds of disordered plaques hanging at the gates of villages and communities, strive to get rid of formalism, integrate with the masses, and build the service station closest to the masses. The service center will become the activity position where the masses want to come, love to come, hope to come and return.

插曲：我们团队在项目设计之前连续一个星期驻守阵地：喝茶。

陆陆续续碰见了社区很多老年人也在此喝茶。我们随机采访了十位老年人问道：如果这个地方改成了服务中心；你们可有什么意见？他们的回答都有一个要求：保留喝茶的空间，不要改变他们的生活方式。我们又陷入深思

Episode: our team stayed in the position of tea for a week before the project design.

One after another, I met many old people in the community and drank tea here. We interviewed ten elderly people at random and asked: if this place has been changed into a party mass service center; Do you have any comments? Their answers all have one requirement: keep the space for tea and don't change their lifestyle. We're thinking again

过了许久我们再次经过这里，看见社区门口喝茶休闲聊天的场景

非常感谢团队的付出和努力保留的茶馆文化

其实美观不重要了，为群众服务才是硬道理

（二）人民社区

这是一个位于宜宾市翠屏区一千平米的停车场。在改造之前这里是停车之用。受委托方的要求，我们设计公司需要把他改造成服务中心（为周边群众提供便民服务）

This is a 1000 square meter parking lot in Cuiping District of Yibin City. Before the renovation, it was for parking. At the request of the client, our design company needs to transform it into a service center for the party and the masses (providing convenient services for the surrounding people)
