Finding a creative space for a restaurant that serves food as nature intended us to eat was the beautiful yet challenging task we were entrusted with. We believe that the purpose of the place defines its architecture. Just as the spirit of a living space choses its structure, or as the land choses the people it accommodates. Slowly but naturally the idea became clear and vivid. For what other way is there, than to play with the 'raw finishes' for the 'raw food' restaurant?!!
