Vinotinto Restaurant is a typical Spanish bodega that seeks to be a meeting of leisure and entertainment for wine lovers. It lies in the heart of Valencia (San Vicente). The recovery of this ancient fabric store's main objective was to keep the heritage of the store. Located next to one of the most popular theaters of Valência, Olimpia Theatre, transposon the spirit "before and after the show," exploring the aesthetic scenic character of the site using the lighting. They were used theatrical decorative elements as if it were a scenario.

On the ground floor we can find the main dining room with an open kitchen where you can observe the chefs working on their creations, fused on the wooden shelves that create different spaces all around the restaurant. On this floor we can find a The Central Installation is all made with wine boxes and gives a surprising and innovative feeling to the restaurant. The project includes a wine cellar on the basement , which dedicates its use to groups and events.

Maintaining the original façade and honoring the old fabric stor history was an important considaration. The façade is completely transparent, since it was the exhibitors of the originaly store showing impressively the interest of both access road and large pedestrian avenue receiving espalnade, thus allowing the project effective communication with the outside .
