This project was selected as a winning project for a loaded competition. The new construction of the Tinetz base in Oetz is divided into two buildings, which are functionally connected by a generous roofing. The entire area is shifted to the north-west side of the construction site to allow a further expansion to the southeast. In addition to office space, garages and a workshop, the space program also includes storage areas, some of which are covered outdoors. The exposed position to the federal road, economic aspects, as well as the desire for a monolithic building as a whole, have a clearly structured perforated facade. The walls of the terrace on the upper floor are raised up to Attiki level, creating a protected space for employees and customers on the upper floor, which allows an expansion of the premises.
In the materialization, the concrete, in the necessary areas with core insulation, has been dyed with regard to economy, longevity and architecture. The street-side façade of the office building, resembling the rugged rock landscape of the immediate area, dissolves into smaller triangulated areas.
