Intercon设计工作室在一座废弃陶瓷厂的基础上重新改造而成。工作室的设计十分强调共享的工作空间和开放式的布局。6m长的大桌和位于端部的非正式会议桌构成了工作中心。端部的会议桌有助于打破6m大桌的单一结构。工作室内摆放了双面储物柜，高低不一的储物柜在不同程度上保护着坐在座椅上人们的隐私。
更多的桌子分散在整个建筑空间内，鼓励不同部门之间的讨论和举行会议。统一白色家具的使用可以更好地强调建筑外壳结构，家具成为融入整个空间的附属物，创造出一种临时摆设而非永久性的体验。沿主玻璃隔断墙摆放的颜色编码文件和手册为整个空间增添了一抹亮色。
The Intercon Design Offices, conceived in an abandoned and fully refurbished ceramic factory with strong emphasis on shared working and open plan distribution. The work hubs are created around huge 6m long tables with an informal meeting table at the head, to break the monotony of the tables, double sided storage shelves are used, these are of varied height to allow for moreor less privacy while seated.
Many other tables are scattered throughout the space to encourage discussion and meetings between the different departments. The use of white furniture throughout is to keep the emphasis on the shell and unify the furniture intervention as an addition to the space, giving the feeling of a more temporal than permanent installation.
Colour is added by the use of colour coded files and catalogues along the main separation glass wall.
