这个位于墨西哥的肉类餐厅有着大胆，优雅，简单的设计风格。设计师将餐厅氛围与菜单食材的感觉完美统一起来。餐厅分为三个性格迥异的区域：等候区，餐厅，餐吧。

等候区有着橙色的皮革墙壁以及设计精美的吊灯，灯光光源是橙色的，与环境相得益彰。餐吧区的吧台是花岗岩原石雕刻而成的，客人们可以在这里拼成肉生。餐厅区配色深沉低调，暖色的灯光营造一个温馨的用餐环境。

此外这个餐厅还有一个个性的白色大理石酒吧，酒吧位于庭院中，白色的吧台对面是快被常青藤覆盖的墙面。此外洗手间的洗手盆也是整体的白色大理石雕琢，洗手间的墙面材料是镜子和金属。

AFTER MONACO, THE BEEFBAR RESTAURANT, DESIGNED BY HUMBERT & POYET AGENCY, OPENS ITS DOORS IN MEXICO

Following the creation of the first BeefBar in Monaco, in 2008, Humbert & Poyet Agency realizes the interior design of the latest international addition to the BeefBar family in Mexico city, inaugurated the first 2012 semester at the world renowned Hotel Camino Real Palanco.

To design this classy meat restaurant, Humbert & Poyet developed a simple, audacious and refined atmosphere. In fact, Emil Humber t and Christophe Poyet mixed mineral elements and warmer textures in order to reflect the BeefBar menu.

Three distinct areas have been created mixing straight and altered forms : a lounge, the dining room, the «raw bar» as well as, for the first time, a long marble bar in the hotel’s patio.

The lounge, situated below an impressive custom made chandelier of Murano glass, is composed of a long wall made of leather, whose color reminds clay that rotates with yellow ray of lights.

The dining room, delimitated by a closing in bronze composed of massive pavements, greets in a room decorated of mural panels made of strong black wood and alabasters lightings drawn by the agency itself to provide a sweet and intimate light.

The « raw bar », fully dedicated to raw meat, is constituted of a bar graven in raw granit, from where customers can have the pleasure to admire the adroitness of the chiefs.

The Agency Humber t & Poyet likes to personalize each one of their works. For the BeefBar in Mexico city, they created a bar in white marble, in the hear t of the hotel’s patio. This patio will be soon covered of green ivy to stand up with the white color of the bar.

The marble has also been worked in the bathrooms. Each pavement forms a monolithic basin in the hear t of a mirror and steel designed wall. Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet have also drawn the lights.
