The apartment is located at the ground floor of a 1970´s building in the heart of Madrid, the Arturo Soria Street around the corner and only 5 minutes away from the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu  and the famous Plaza Cibeles.

Even small of dimension,  its special benefit is a 40 m2 garden in a tranquil neighborhood with direct access to a pedestrian walkway. The nearness to the pulsating life of the Spanish metropolis on one hand and the choice to enjoy privacy and relax on the other hand makes this location  ideal also for hospitality living options up to 3 adults.

In order to create certain impression of space, the original floor layout has been liberated of any unnecessary barriers. An existing porch, facing the garden side,  has been added to the interior while still left transparent. Windows and doors of the former facade were opened up within the existing limitations. The tiny bath and the attached rooms were maintained in their position, while the kitchen has been integrated into the open space.

The interior design is meant to be casual, cozy and charming. Nude shades and textured rugs are highlighted with some feature elements. The base is a floor of industrial oak.
