tour de ijen对于印尼的人们来讲并不陌生，它是banyuwangi摄政期间一年举行一次的自行车比赛，主要是由国际自行车联盟举办的。banyuwangi也有香水的意思，它位于印度尼西亚爪洼岛东海岸的中心地带，这里环境优美，西边是著名的宜珍火山，东边则是风景优美的巴厘岛，美丽的巴厘海峡每年都会吸引许多游客前来旅游参观。

在今年，也就是2016年的5月份，主办方会再次举办该自行车比赛。为此，budipradono团队受到委托，要为参赛运动员们设计一个避所，以防下雨，该避所的位置将设于跑道中间最重要的一个站点上。设计团队在该项目开始之前便对场地进行了仔细的勘察和分析，场地面积为30平方米，主要是为了参赛选手提供一个休息区域，因此这里将会提供饮料，平台等设施。此外，这里也将安装上供电设施，为参赛选手提供方便。

the tour de ijen is a bike race championship held annually in the regency of banyuwangi by the union cycliste internationale. banyuwangi, which means fragrant water, is located in the center of the east coast of java in indonesia, with the backdrop of the ijen plateau to the west, and with fine views across the bali strait to the island of bali lying to the east.

this year, the tour will be held once again in may 2016 and budipradono architects was appointed to design a shelter in one of the most challenging stages of the race. the designed structure is 30 m2 and provides a resting area for the racers to get their drinks, which are given by the committee since neither electricity nor water is available at the spot.
