Future planning includes ecological residence, amorous feelings of business, scientific research and education, general hospitals and pension, tourism and leisure, pioneering silicon valley, etc. In Jiang defu’s poetry, it’s unique and incomparable of landscape and humanistic in Lanzhou . The ancients built pavilions over rocks, planted willows and planted flowers, and bathed gulls in waves, all of them were showing the romantic and freehand style of traditional landscape.

Gravel spreading around the building means water, while metal pebble installation means islands and mountains. The white sand grain ploughed out is full of ripples, echoing with the free plane and free facade of the building. It is a concrete embodiment of the abstract Zen culture and aesthetics. 我忆兰州好，秋天景最多。 鹰鹯盘白塔，牛马辨黄河。 露苇摆孤艇，霜枫列万柯。 龙山重九日，菊酒艳金波。

售楼处入口的整体设计灵感来源于江南山水画中“远山“、”近桥“、”左岸“、”右社“、”中河“的画面布局， 色调上平和、淡雅，空间层次错落，与建筑语言相结合，提升整体观感。桥如人生境遇之起伏，营造南北交汇的空间，让上下千年的东方意韵再次发酵。

The overall design of the entrance to the sales office is inspired by the picture of ” distant mountain”, ” near bridge”, ” left bank”, ” right club” and ” middle river” in the landscape painting of Jiangnan. The color is gentle and elegant, the spatial level is strewn at random, and it is combined with the architectural language to enhance the overall impression. The bridge likes the ups and downs of life, creating a space for north-south intersection, developing the culture of oriental.

建筑中庭“四水归堂”是江南民居中独有的特色，又是室内外导向的枢纽地带，通往两侧附属建筑的要道。在天井处设石砌水池、盆景假山，丰富了厅堂的视觉。百年花园系古今，一山一木唤情愫。兰州万科城用一种不常出现在西北地区的造园形式，将江南园林的特点发挥至极。形式简洁、纯粹、意味深远，在表达现代的生活哲学和东方的美学精神上堪称妙哉。望一道，一池，一桥，一木都能营造出一种淡泊宁静的“悟境”。

The ” four waters return to the hall” is a unique feature of the residential buildings in the south of the Yangtze river. “汲取大宅营造之精华，恪守援仁入礼之秩序。传达山水院落之意境，弘扬轻奢生活之典范。”兰州万科城的设计概念来源于甘肃戈壁独特的自然风貌与江南山水院落的融合，意在打造“戈壁江南，意韵东方“的诗意空间。
