Fullscreen是洛杉矶当地的一家初创型媒体公司，正是这家公司，让YouTube视频网站在全球广受欢迎，近期，该公司就要搬到Rapt Studio设计团队为其打造的一间新总部办公室办公了。这个新办公室的装修主题是“为设计的目的而构建的一条黄砖路”。里面的的屏幕上，一直播放着不同的视频信息，这里的一切陈设都体现着Fullscreen的公司业务。

工作座位区使用的是白色的墙壁和开放的天花板布局，营造出的是一个通风良好的空间，这也更能鼓舞员工们的工作斗志。来访者沿着楼梯来到二楼，就好像是在欣赏一部缓缓展开的故事书。二楼分层的座位区是特意精心设置出来的，这样的设计就是为了反映出Fullscreen公司的待人之道：这是一个吸纳人才，并能让他们快乐成长的地方。

Fullscreen, a Los Angeles-based media startup that empowers popular YouTube channels and networks, recently decided to move into a new headquarters designed by Rapt Studio.For purpose of design, a “yellow brick road” theme was used to symbolize the content and create a journey through the building. Much like Fullscreen content, the media playing on screen is always on and always changing.

White walls define workstations with open ceilings to create an airy, fresh space for creating inspiring work. As the story unfolds, visitors are led up to the second floor where stopping points are intentionally positioned as tiered seating to reflect the way Fullscreen works: a starting place for talent to begin and ultimately grow.
